技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光伏组件,特别是一种双玻BIPV光伏组件。
背景技术
BIPV即Building Integrated PV是光伏建筑一体化。PV即Photovoltaic。BIPV技术是将太阳能发电(光伏)产品集成到建筑上的技术。光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)不同于光伏系统附着在建筑上(BAPV:BuildingAttached PV)的形式。BIPV光伏组件需要将光伏发电功能集成到建筑上,其通常采用的方法是将光伏组件做成建筑屋顶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种双玻BIPV光伏组件。它可以满足建筑力学、热舒适、采光、隔音建筑需求。
本实用新型的技术方案:双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特点是:包括从上至下依次叠加的玻璃面板、高透光EVA膜、多个光伏电池片、隔紫外EVA膜、散光膜和背板玻璃;所述光伏电池片呈多排多列均匀分布,光伏电池片之间设有透光间隔。
上述的双玻BIPV光伏组件中,隔紫外EVA膜和背板玻璃之间设有散光膜。
前述的双玻BIPV光伏组件中,所述散光膜上均匀分布有小孔,可使隔紫外EVA膜直接粘结到背板玻璃。
前述的双玻BIPV光伏组件中,所述散光膜上的小孔直径为0.1~0.3cm,相邻小孔之间的间距为1.5~2.5cm。既可保证粘结强度,又可降低小孔对散光膜的性能影响。
前述的双玻BIPV光伏组件中,所述背板玻璃上设有4个挂钩,用于支持固定整个双玻BIPV光伏组件。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型利用两层玻璃夹持光伏电池片,以增强其强度,并在光伏电池片之间设置间隙用于采光,高透光EVA膜和隔紫外EVA膜的设置可以在提高光伏发电效率的同时阻隔透射光中有害的紫外光;本实用新型可以满足建筑力学、热舒适、采光、隔音建筑需求,极利于光伏建筑一体化。
另外,本实用新型散光膜的的设置又可将采光部分的条状透射光分散到整块散光膜,使采光变成更为柔和的面光源。

实施例。双玻BIPV光伏组件,如图1所示:包括从上至下依次叠加的玻璃面板1、高透光EVA膜2、多个光伏电池片3、隔紫外EVA膜4、散光膜5和背板玻璃6;所述光伏电池片3呈多排多列均匀分布,光伏电池片3之间设有透光间隔。所述散光膜5上均匀分布有小孔。所述散光膜5上的小孔直径为0.1~0.3cm,相邻小孔之间的间距为1.5~2.5cm。其中EVA即乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。所述背板玻璃6上设有4个挂钩,以两排两列的方式分布。
高透光EVA膜可用PV1300、MA-10、KA-40等VA(醋酸乙烯)含量为24-33%的高透光率EVA树脂;隔紫外EVA膜4可用VE810、VE700等含紫外吸收剂的的EVA树脂。

1.双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次叠加的玻璃面板(1)、高透光EVA膜(2)、多个光伏电池片(3)、隔紫外EVA膜(4)和背板玻璃(6);所述光伏电池片(3)呈多排多列均匀分布,光伏电池片(3)之间设有透光间隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特征在于:所述隔紫外EVA膜(4)和背板玻璃(6)之间设有散光膜(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特征在于:所述散光膜(5)上均匀分布有小孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特征在于:所述散光膜(5)上的小孔直径为0.1~0.3cm,相邻小孔之间的间距为1.5~2.5cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双玻BIPV光伏组件,其特征在于:所述背板玻璃(6)上设有4个挂钩。
