本实用新型公开了一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙，由凸槽口、石膏表层、ALC内板层、钢筋增强网、凹槽口组成；采用ALC内板层作为内墙主题板，可有效地增强墙体的隔音性和耐火性以及较好的防水性，ALC内板层的两侧外置石膏表层，可方便墙体的外部装修施工，ALC内板层的两侧边设置凸槽口和凹槽口，可方便板体之间的连接结合，而ALC内板层内置钢筋增强网，可有效地增加墙体的强度；具有简单结构施工方便的优点，是以ALC板材为主体理想的建筑内隔墙体。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料的技术领域，尤指一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙。
背景技术
ALC是蒸压轻质混凝土的简称，是高性能蒸压加气混凝土（ALC）的一种。ALC板是以粉煤灰（或硅砂）、水泥、石灰等为主原料，经过高压蒸汽养护而成的多气孔混凝土成型板材（内含经过处理的钢筋增强）。ALC板既可做墙体材料，又可做屋面板，是一种性能优越的新型建材。传统的内墙施工多采用木框外加石膏板工艺，虽然具有施工快，造价低的优点，也存在着隔音与防水效果差以及防火等级不足的缺陷，给建筑内墙施工带来了诸多不利因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙由凸槽口、石膏表层、ALC内板层、钢筋增强网、凹槽口组成；采用蒸压轻质混凝土内置钢筋增强网制作ALC内板层，ALC内板层的一侧边的中心设置凸槽口、另一侧边的中心设置凹槽口，ALC内板层外部两侧均设置石膏表层，即可。
本发明的有益效果是：采用ALC内板层作为内墙主题板，可有效地增强墙体的隔音性和耐火性以及较好的防水性，ALC内板层的两侧外置石膏表层，可方便墙体的外部装修施工，ALC内板层的两侧边设置凸槽口和凹槽口，可方便板体之间的连接结合，而ALC内板层内置钢筋增强网，可有效地增加墙体的强度；具有简单结构施工方便的优点，是以ALC板材为主体理想的建筑内隔墙体。

具体实施方式
由附图1所示，一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙由凸槽口1、石膏表层2、ALC内板层3、钢筋增强网4、凹槽口5组成；采用蒸压轻质混凝土内置钢筋增强网4制作ALC内板层3，ALC内板层3的一侧边的中心设置凸槽口1、另一侧边的中心设置凹槽口5，ALC内板层3外部两侧均设置石膏表层2，即为以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙。

1.一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙，其特征是：一种以ALC板材为主体的内隔墙由凸槽口、石膏表层、ALC内板层、钢筋增强网、凹槽口组成；采用蒸压轻质混凝土内置钢筋增强网制作ALC内板层，ALC内板层的一侧边的中心设置凸槽口、另一侧边的中心设置凹槽口，ALC内板层外部两侧均设置石膏表层。
