背景技术
浓缩罐浓缩器)适用于中药、西药、淀粉糖、食乳品等物料浓缩与工业有机溶剂(如酒精)的回收，适用于批量小、品种多的热敏性物料的低温真空浓缩。装置由立管式加热器、浓缩器、冷凝器及管道阀门等组成，真空系统可与其它设备配用水力喷射器或真空泵。
现有的浓缩罐主要包括罐体，靠近罐体上端位置连通有压缩灭菌空气进气管，靠近罐体下端位置连通有废气排气管，通过这种方式处理的废气直接向外排放，造成浪费。

本实用新型目的在于克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种节能浓缩罐。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种节能浓缩罐，包括浓缩罐本体，所述浓缩罐本体靠近上端位置连通有压缩灭菌空气进气管，靠近下端位置连通有废气排气管，所述废气排气管还连通有汽液分离器，所述汽液分离器的排气口通过第一管路连通至提取罐，所述第一管路上还设置有风机。
优选地，所述汽液分离器的出液口处连通有由透明玻璃制成的第二管道，所述第二管道靠近下端设置有阀门。
优选地，所述第一管路外侧包裹有保温层。
优选地，所述保温层设置为石棉保温层。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：增加了汽液分离器、第一管道，能够对废气进行回收利用，大量的节约了资源，同时提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的节能浓缩罐，包括浓缩罐本体1，浓缩罐本体1靠近上端位置连通有压缩灭菌空气进气管2，靠近下端位置连通有废气排气管3，废气排气管还连通有汽液分离器4，汽液分离器4的排气口通过第一管路5连通至提取罐。第一管路上近离汽液分离器4处还设置有风机6，汽液分离器4的出液口处连通有由透明玻璃制成的第二管道7，所述第二管道靠近下端设置有阀门8，第二管道7由透明玻璃制成，方便观察分离出来的液体情况，实时监控浓缩罐本体的工作状况。第一管路5外侧包裹有石棉保温层，能够保证压缩灭菌空气大量流失，方便对提取罐加热。
