[0006] 根据系统风量的控制方式,通风系统可以分为三大类:自平衡式、湿控式和双向流 热回收式。自平衡式新风系统的送风口和排风口的风量可在不同风压下自动调节风口截面 大小,使风量保持在设计的风量,这种新风系统易受房门或窗户开启等因素影响,房门或窗 户打开,室内行不成负压,致使新风无法进入室内或新风量不足;在排风的过程中,将室内 冷量或热量排出室外,造成能量浪费。湿控式新风系统,湿控式进风口及排风口随着室内人 员的活动情况或室内条件改变(如地面有水,卫生间有蒸汽等)而引起的空气湿度变化自动 调整开度,从而自动调节进入各房间的新风风量,这种新风系统容易受到人为因素的影响, 不稳定性较大,同时不具备热量的回收再利用,能量消耗极大。而双向流热回收式新风系统 配备有热回收装置,可以实现排风与进风的热量交换,节能降耗,也是目前备受人们推崇的 新风系统。但现有的双向流热回收式新风系统不能对某个房间进行单独的通风控制,不能 最大限度的节约能耗;同时只能实现室外新风和室内污风的双向流动和热回收,一旦室内 空气质量较好就停止运行,此时室内没有空气流动,往往会使人们产生胸闷的感觉。

[0008] 为了解决现有新风系统不能单独控制某个房间空气流通的问题和一旦系统停止 运行就不能进行室内空气内循环的问题,本实用新型提供了一种可对房间进行单独控制, 具有室内空气内循环、室内外空气置换两种运行方式,同时兼具自动运行和人工现场或远 程控制功能的基于无线传感器网络的多路智能室内空气调控装置。

[0010] —种多路智能室内空气调控装置,包括进风机构、排风机构、监测机构、全热交换 器、中控主板和显示操作面板,其中:进风机构包括室内进风机构和室外进风机构,排风机 构包括室内排风机构和室外排风机构;其特征在于:室内进风机构、室内排风机构、室外排 风机构、室外进风机构均通过与热交换器密封连接相互连通;室内进风机构与室内排风机 构之间还设一内循环管道,在室内进风机构、室内排风机构、内循环管道上分别设有第七风 阀、第八风阀、第九风阀使室内进风机构、室内排风机构、内循环管道三者形成内循环;在室 内进风机构内还设第一风机,监测机构包括第一静压箱,第一静压箱内设有第一 PM2.5传感 器、C02传感器;在室外进风机构内还设有第二风机、第二静压箱,第二静压箱内设有第二 PM2.5传感器;中控主板与全热交换器及各机构中的电子、电器件连接。

Claims (7)
1.一种多路智能室内空气调控装置,包括进风机构、排风机构、监测机构、全热交换器 (27),中控主板(38)和显示操作面板,其特征在于:进风机构包括室内进风机构和室外进风 机构,排风机构包括室内排风机构和室外排风机构;其特征在于:室内进风机构、室内排风 机构、室外排风机构、室外进风机构均通过与全热交换器(27)密封连接相互连通;室内进风 机构与室内排风机构之间还设一内循环管道(26),在室内进风机构、室内排风机构、内循环 管道(26)上分别设有第七风阀(19)、第八风阀(20)、第九风阀(21),使室内进风机构、室内 排风机构、内循环管道(26)三者形成内循环;在室内进风机构内还设第一风机(22),监测机 构包括第一静压箱(23),第一静压箱(23)内设有第一PM2.5传感器(24)、C02传感器(25);在 室外进风机构内还设有第二风机(31)、第二静压箱(29),第二静压箱(29)内设有第二PM2.5 传感器(30);中控主板(38)与全热交换器(27)及各机构中的电子、电器件连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:与全热交换器(27) 连接有第五进风管(36),第五进风管(36)通过管道连接件与若干进风管连接,若干进风管 与通向不同房间的若干室内进风口连接;与全热交换器(27)连接有第五排风管(37),第五 排风管(37)通过管道连接件与进风管成对的若干排风管连接,若干排风管与通向不同房间 的若干室内排风口连接。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:内循环管道(26)两 端分别通过三通与第五进风管(36)和第五排风管(37)相连形成内循环管路。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:若进风管为三个, 分别为第一进风管(7)、第二进风管(8)、第三进风管(9),与三个进风管分别连接有第一进 风口(1)、第二进风口(2)、第三进风口(3)三个室内进风口;与室内进风口成对的第一排风 口(4)、第二排风口(5)、第三排风口(6)三个室内排风口;与室内排风口密封连接的第一排 风管(10)、第二排风管(11)、第三排风管(12);安装在第一进风管(7)上的第一风阀(13)、安 装在第二进风管(8)上的第二风阀(14)、安装在第三进风管(9)上的第三风阀(I5)、安装在 第一排风管(10)上的第四风阀(16)、安装在第二排风管(11)上的第五风阀(17)、安装在第 三排风管(12)上的第六风阀(18)。
5. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:所述的中 控主板(38)包括CPU、用三极管驱动的继电器输出电路和总线型通信电路。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:所述的显示操作面 板包括CPU,与CPU线路连接的液晶显示屏、键盘电路、供电电路,通过UART端口与CPU连接的 WiFi无线模块、GPRS模块,以及总线型通信电路。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的多路智能室内空气调控装置,其特征在于:显示操作面板通过 WiFi无线路由器或3G/4G移动通彳目网络、7X服务器与终纟而设备连通。
