本实用新型涉及一种可拆卸大型直立管道支撑装置，应用于建筑工程管道施工大型直立管道的可拆卸支撑固定。
背景技术
建筑工程管道施工中由于大多直立管道在系统满水运行时载荷很大，需要在水平与垂直部分的弯头处增加支撑装置，其上端与管道焊接，下端置于地面，通过膨胀螺栓等方式进行固定。一般支撑装置施工完成后无法二次拆装，既不美观也不利于管道和设备的后期维护和检修，因此需要一种新的装置来完成管道的支撑作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为了克服上述存在的问题及缺陷，提供一种可拆卸大型直立管道支撑装置，本实用新型是通过采用方便拆装的焊接法兰，有效解决一般支撑装置施工完成后无法二次拆装进行维护和检修的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
可拆卸大型直立管道支撑装置，包括支撑钢板、两根钢管、两片法兰、基础钢板、固定螺栓，其特征在于：一根钢管一端焊接支撑钢板，另一端焊接一片法兰片，另一根钢管一端焊接基础钢板，另一端焊接另一片法兰，两片法兰片用螺栓进行紧固。
本实用新型还包括隔热垫片，隔热垫片安装在两片法兰之间。法兰片间设置隔热垫片，对于空调水管道的支撑能够防止冷、热桥的产生。
安装本实用新型的支撑装置，可以使管道与落地支撑件能够方便的拆装，满足美观且实用的要求，合理有效的解决了管道和设备的后期维护和检修问题，节省维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细的说明：
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型由支撑钢板1、两根钢管(2，4)、两片法兰3、固定螺栓5、隔热垫片6、基础钢板7组成，根据所需支撑管道的类型及规格大小确定支撑钢板1、两根钢管(2，4)、基础钢板7的尺寸型号，尺寸大小要满足系统承重受力的需求。两根钢管(2，4)确定后，法兰3的型号即可以选定，同时确定法兰间的隔热垫片6。将支撑钢板1和一根钢管2进行焊接，支撑钢板1的角度要与所需支撑管道弯头处的角度一致，然后在钢管2的另一端焊接一片法兰3；基础钢板7和另一根钢管4进行焊接，两者保持垂直，然后另一根钢管4的另一端焊接另一片法兰3；最后两片法兰3中间添加隔热垫片6后通过固定螺栓5进行连接固定。使用时支撑钢板1与支撑管道弯头进行焊接，基础钢板7固定在地面上即可。
本实用新型通过可拆卸的法兰连接使得该支撑装置在现场施工完成后仍可进行二次拆装，解决了一般支撑装置无法拆卸的问题，方便设备进行维护和检修。安装本实用新型的支撑装置，可以使管道与落地支撑件能够方便的拆装，避免空调水管道支撑冷、热桥的产生，合理有效的解决了管道和设备的后期维护和检修问题。

1.可拆卸大型直立管道支撑装置，包括支撑钢板、两根钢管Ⅰ、两片法兰、基础钢板、固定螺栓，其特征在于：一根钢管一端焊接支撑钢板，另一端焊接一片法兰片，另一根钢管一端焊接基础钢板，另一端焊接另一片法兰，两片法兰片用螺栓进行紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸大型直立管道支撑装置，其特征在于：还包括隔热垫片，隔热垫片安装在两片法兰之间。
