背景技术
低压断路器又称自动空气开关或自动空气断路器,既有手动开关作用,又能自动进行失压、欠压、过载、和短路保护的电器。可以用来分配电能,对电源线路及用电终端实行保护,当它们发生严重的过载或者短路及欠压等故障时能自动切断电路。然而,传统的低压断路器应用灵活性差,不能够对各分支电路的额定电流值进行灵活设定及更改,家用及商用两者通用性差,随着社会的进步发展,电力系统控制方式数字化进程的发展应用,对系统的可视化、自动化、网络化、实时化、精确化的要求也越来越高,智能化技术应用已经成为了低压断路器发展的主流趋势。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能断路器配电箱,其应用无线通信技术,实现主断路器和多路分断路器之间无线通信方式,集电流测量、保护、监控报警于一体,可根据所需灵活设定额定电流值,实现可视化、自动化、网络化、智能化供配电系统。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案使上述技术问题得以解决。

3.通过电流检测模块获取电路电流值,计算模块能够对各个即时数据与阈值进行运算对比分析,实时判断用电回路中电流值是否处于正常范围,出现异常状况,通过报警模块报警,从而为运行维护人员及时预警并实施故障排除。

如图1所示的本实用新型智能断路器配电箱,包括主断路器、若干分断路器和微处理器,主断路器设有第一主控单元,分断路器设有第二主控单元,第一主控单元和第二主控单元上均设有电源通断模块、电流检测模块、无线模块、存储模块和温度传感器,微处理器上设有液晶显示屏、存储模块、计算模块、报警模块、设置模块、无线模块、操控键盘、语音提醒模块和指示灯,微处理器与第一主控单元和第二主控单元之间通过无线通讯方式进行信息传输,通过设置模块针对主断路器和各个分断路器进行额定电流值设定。这样,采用了无线通信技术,使得微处理器与第一主控单元和第二主控单元之间通过无线通讯方式进行信息传输,具有存储、分析、判断、报警的自诊断功能,可根据所需灵活设定额定电流值,实用性强,兼具家用和商用两者的互换通用模式。与操控键盘搭配设置液晶显示屏,除了具备传统断路器的常规控制、保护、报警等功能外,还具有良好的人机互动功能。在微处理器上还设有通信协议转换器,通信协议转换器设有CAN协议接口插座或TCP协议接口插座,可连接现场总线,将配电系统组成局域网,实时监控多个配电箱,通过网络通信功能,实时将电流、电压、动作时间及故障状态等多种参数上传监控服务器,方便运行维护人员进行实时信息查询和故障判断。无线模块与监测服务器可通过TCP/IP、GPRS、3G、4G、蓝牙或WIFI进行数据交互,实现对现场设备的远程监控管理模式。
