 本实用新型属于电力系统领域,具体涉及一种终端智能模块化配电箱。 
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的提高,智能化楼宇的出现进一步的提高了人们生活质量。智能建筑系统将智能型电脑技术、通信技术、信息技术与建筑技术有机地结合起来,可以对各种设备的自动监控信息进行分析、判断和处理。建筑物智能要求的提高势必导致电气设备系统日趋复杂,对其安装施工提出了更高更新的要求。但是,目前传统的配电箱已经不能满足建筑物智能化的要求。

本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种终端智能模块化配电箱。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种终端智能模块化配电箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设置有多个保护开关、断路器、断路器控制器、无线发送接收模块和显示屏;所述断路器的输入端与主母线相连,断路器的输出端经多个保护开关接至用电终端,所述断路器的控制接口与断路器控制器相连,所述无线发送接收模块和显示屏均与断路器控制器相连,所述断路器控制器通过无线发送接收模块与外部主机进行无线信息交互。
本实用新型所述的终端智能模块化配电箱对传统配电箱进行了智能化改造,采用智能可通信的断路器、断路器控制器和无线发送接收模块,使配电箱具有了如下智能化的特性:
1.遥信:通过断路器控制器采集并传送各种保护和开关量信息,能指示断路器的分合闸状态,报警和故障指示。
2.遥测:能测量三相电流,判断故障类型和保存故障记录。
3.遥控:能够远程控制断路器的分合闸。
4.遥调:能对过载长延时动作整定,短路短延时动作整定,短路瞬时动作整定,中性极电流整定,不平衡保护设定值的读取/修改。
进一步的,所述断路器还与一电动操作机构相连。
如此设置,方便实现断路器的远距离合分闸操作。
进一步的,所述断路器控制器上设置有网络通讯接口、串行数据接口和现场总线接口。
如此设置,使得该终端智能模块化配电箱更适合于低压配、用电网的信息交换,更加方便的实现遥测、遥信和遥控功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种终端智能模块化配电箱,包括箱体1,所述箱体1内设置有多个保护开关2、断路器3、断路器控制器、无线发送接收模块和显示屏;所述断路器3的输入端与主母线相连,断路器3的输出端经多个保护开关接至用电终端,所述断路器3的控制接口与断路器控制器相连,所述无线发送接收模块和显示屏均与断路器控制器相连,所述断路器控制器通过无线发送接收模块与外部主机进行无线信息交互。所述断路器还与一电动操作机构相连,这样可以方便实现断路器的远距离合分闸操作。所述断路器控制器上还设置有网络通讯接口、串行数据接口和现场总线接口。
外部主机可远程通过无线发送接收模块与断路器控制器进行信息交互,实现遥调、遥测、遥信和遥控功能。在遥调时电流与时间的整定值能连续可调;通过与断路器连接的断路器控制器可查询多路断路器的实时电流、设置参数、合分状态、故障状况及故障参数;从而使配电箱性能有质的飞跃。它不仅可以更精确、灵活地实现瞬时脱扣、短延时脱扣、长延时脱扣等功能,而且还可以实现接地保护脱扣。同时该配电箱提供了显示屏为用户呈现友好的人机界面,可以实现各种故障报警、断路器在线监测,集成电流表、电压表、功率表的功能。

1.一种终端智能模块化配电箱,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体内设置有多个保护开关、断路器、断路器控制器、无线发送接收模块和显示屏;所述断路器的输入端与主母线相连,断路器的输出端经多个保护开关接至用电终端,所述断路器的控制接口与断路器控制器相连,所述无线发送接收模块和显示屏均与断路器控制器相连,所述断路器控制器通过无线发送接收模块与外部主机进行无线信息交互。
