本实用新型公开了一种具有蓄电功能的家用配电箱,配电箱本体内配装漏电断路器、蓄电器、双向逆变器、主控器、切换开关A和切换开关B,市电经漏电断路器通过双向逆变器转换成直流电供给蓄电器存储,经蓄电器直接输出的直流电和经双向逆变器再次转换的交流电通过切换开关A和切换开关B的启闭动作实现给用电终端切换供电,主控器通过漏电流检测模块采集电流值分析是否出现漏电现象并自动切断蓄电器供电,主控器通过无线模块与移动通讯设备建立远程监视及遥控模式。其具备日常蓄电功能,市电停电时,可自动切换成蓄电量供电,并具有漏电流检测功能,避免漏电造成家用电器烧损事故,而且,可利用智能手机等进行远程遥控。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有蓄电功能的家用配电箱,其具备日常蓄电功能,市电停电时,可自动切换成蓄电量供电,并具有漏电流检测功能,避免漏电造成家用电器烧损事故,而且,通过网络通信功能或手机移动通讯功能,可利用智能手机、平板电脑等进行远程遥控功能,实现安全可靠、智能环保型家庭用电模式。

2.主控器设有无线模块,可通过网络通信功能或手机移动通讯功能,利用智能手机、平板电脑等远程实时采集电流、电压、动作时间及故障状态等用电状况数据,实现远程遥控功能,预先获知运行状况,及时采取措施,消除用电安全隐患。
3.通过主控器可调整定时、电能参数等,灵活调配用电,节约电能,降低用电成本。
4.通过温度传感器监控环境温度,然后可通过散热模块驱动风扇进行降温排热处理,并可根据温度状况调整用电供给量。

如图1所示的本实用新型具有蓄电功能的家用配电箱,包括配电箱本体及配装在配电箱本体内的漏电断路器、蓄电器、双向逆变器、主控器、切换开关A和切换开关B,配电箱本体内预设置有主断路器和若干分断路器(图中未示出)。主控器设有无线模块、漏电检测模块、充放电模块、液晶显示屏、操控按键组、存储分析模块、语音报警模块、设置模块、温度传感器、散热模块、RJ45接口、USB接口和火灾报警器。市电经漏电断路器通过双向逆变器转换成直流电供给蓄电器存储,经蓄电器直接输出的直流电和经双向逆变器再次转换的交流电通过主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B的启闭动作实现给用电终端切换供电。这样,市电供电过程中通过双向逆变器为蓄电器充电,作为备用电源可以在夜晚进行切换使用,节能环保,安全实用,当遇到市电突发停电时,主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B将蓄电量和通过逆变器转换的交流电为用电终端持续供电,具有低压交直流配电选择性,灵活实用,有效的避免了突发停电给日常生活带来的诸多不便。经蓄电器给用电终端供电的火线上设有漏电流检测模块,主控器通过漏电流检测模块采集电流值分析是否出现漏电现象并自动切断蓄电器供电,这样可以有效的避免在蓄电器供电时由于漏电事故造成的家用电器的烧损,为家庭安全用电提供有力的保障。主控器通过无线模块与移动通讯设备建立远程监视及遥控模式,移动通讯设备可以为智能手机或平板电脑。主控器通过温度传感器监控环境温度,然后可通过散热模块驱动风扇进行降温排热处理,并可根据温度状况调整用电供给量。通过设置模块可远程遥控调整定时、电能参数等,灵活调配用电,节约电能,降低用电成本。从而实现安全可靠、智能环保型家庭用电模式。
