本实用新型涉及漏电断路器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种家用智能配电箱。
背景技术
配电箱在配电系统中起到配电和控制与保护功能等作用。它除了分配电能外,还具有对用电设备进行控制、测量、指示及保护等功能。现代化住宅当中,每户都拥有自己的配电箱,担负着住宅内部的供电、配电任务。随着人们生活水平的提高,家庭用电负荷也不断增长,诸如电视机、电冰箱、电扇、照明灯具及空调等各种家用电器的使用量越来越多。然而,民用供电系统有时会遇到停电事故,这种突发停电给日常生活带来诸多不便,对家用电器的损害不可弥补。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种家用智能配电箱,其具备日常蓄电功能,在遇到停电等突发事故时,可以自动切换成蓄电量供电,避免突发停电给日常生活带来的诸多不便,减少对家用电器的损害,通过网络通信功能或手机移动通讯功能,利用智能手机、平板电脑等进行远程遥控功能,实现节约型、环保型、智能型家庭用电模式。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案使上述技术问题得以解决。
家用智能配电箱,包括配电箱本体及配装在配电箱本体内的智能电流表、蓄电器、双向逆变器、主控器、切换开关A和切换开关B,市电经智能电流表通过双向逆变器转换成直流电供给蓄电器存储,经蓄电器直接输出的直流电和经双向逆变器再次转换的交流电通过主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B的启闭动作实现给用电终端切换供电,主控器通过无线模块采集智能电流表的信息数据并与移动通讯设备建立远程监视及遥控模式。

1.市电供电过程中通过双向逆变器为蓄电器充电,作为备用电源可以在夜晚进行切换使用,节能环保,安全实用,当遇到市电突发停电时,主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B将蓄电量和通过逆变器转换的交流电为用电终端持续供电,具有低压交直流配电选择性,灵活实用,有效的避免了突发停电给日常生活带来的诸多不便,减少对家用电器的损害。
2.主控器设有无线模块,可通过无线模块采集智能电流表的信息数据,并通过网络通信功能或手机移动通讯功能,利用智能手机、平板电脑等远程实时采集电流、电压、动作时间及故障状态等用电状况数据,实现远程遥控功能,预先获知运行状况,及时采取措施,消除用电安全隐患。
3.通过主控器可调整定时、电能参数等,灵活调配用电,节约电能,降低用电成本。
4.通过温度传感器监控环境温度,然后可通过散热模块驱动风扇进行降温排热处理,并可根据温度状况调整用电供给量。
5.主控器通过电压检测模块获取电压值,通过电流检测模块获取电流值,结合电流值和电压值计算供电量并实时判断用电回路中电流值是否处于正常范围,出现异常状况,通过语音报警模块提供报警。

为了方便理解本实用新型,下面结合附图中给出的本实用新型的较佳的实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
如图1所示的本实用新型家用智能配电箱,包括配电箱本体及配装在配电箱本体内的智能电流表、蓄电器、双向逆变器、主控器、切换开关A和切换开关B,主控器设有无线模块、电压检测模块、电流检测模块、漏电检测模块、PWM控制器、充放电模块、液晶显示屏、操控按键组、存储分析模块、语音报警模块、设置模块、温度传感器、散热模块、RJ45接口、USB接口和火灾报警器。市电经智能电流表通过双向逆变器转换成直流电供给蓄电器存储,经蓄电器直接输出的直流电和经双向逆变器再次转换的交流电通过主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B的启闭动作实现给用电终端切换供电。主控器通过电压检测模块获取电压值,通过电流检测模块获取电流值,PWM控制器控制周期性开关时间,通过存储分析模块结合电流值和电压值计算供电量并实时判断用电回路中电流值是否处于正常范围,出现异常状况,通过语音报警模块提供报警。在正常的市电供电过程中通过双向逆变器为蓄电器充电,作为备用电源可以在夜晚进行切换使用,节能环保,安全实用。当遇到市电突发停电时,主控器控制切换开关A和切换开关B将蓄电量和通过逆变器转换的交流电为用电终端持续供电,避免突发停电给日常生活带来的诸多不便,减少对家用电器的损害。主控器通过温度传感器监控环境温度,然后可通过散热模块驱动风扇进行降温排热处理,并可根据温度状况调整用电供给量。主控器可通过无线模块采集智能电流表的信息数据,并与移动通讯设备建立远程监视及遥控模式,比如利用智能手机、平板电脑等远程实时采集电流、电压、动作时间及故障状态等用电状况数据,实现远程遥控功能。通过设置模块可远程遥控调整定时、电能参数等,灵活调配用电,节约电能,降低用电成本。
