本实用新型涉及电缆接头技术领域，尤其涉及一种防跟转的电缆接头。
背景技术
当前普通的电缆接头用来锁紧和固定电缆线，同时起到防尘、防水、防震动的作用。主要由帽子、身体、密封件、螺母组成。但在实际应用中，在箱体上固定一端电缆接头时，另一端会跟转，从而无法实现锁紧和固定。目前的解决方法是在安装时将另一端用工具固定或在箱体上设置挡板固定，受产品尺寸限制，使用条件受限，不简便、不美观、浪费材料。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种防跟转的电缆接头。

本实用新型包括螺帽、上螺纹、扁平密封圈、箱体、下螺纹和螺母，所述螺帽的一端设置有所述上螺纹，所述上螺纹上套装有所述扁平密封圈，所述上螺纹位于所述扁平密封圈的一端穿过所述箱体设置，所述下螺纹的一端与所述上螺纹的另一端内壁螺纹连接，所述下螺纹的另一端与所述螺母连接。

如图1和图2所示：本实用新型包括螺帽1、上螺纹2、扁平密封圈3、箱体4、下螺纹5和螺母6，螺帽1的一端设置有上螺纹2，上螺纹2上套装有扁平密封圈3，上螺纹2位于扁平密封圈3的一端穿过箱体4设置，下螺纹5的一端与上螺纹2的另一端内壁螺纹连接，下螺纹5的另一端与螺母6连接，螺帽1、上螺纹2、下螺纹5和螺母6均为中空结构，螺帽1的外端设置有密封件7，扁平密封圈3为三元乙丙橡胶制作而成。
综上所述，本实用新型提供一种防跟转的电缆接头，使用PA66材料、符合 RoHS，具有更高的强度、阻燃性能，注塑成型，具有良好的精度和强度，采用三元乙丙橡胶扁平密封圈，保证良好的防水密封性，防旋、防跟转性能优秀；本实用新型具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防跟转的电缆接头，其特征在于：所述螺帽、所述上螺纹、所述下螺纹和所述螺母均为中空结构。

4.根据权利要求1所述的防跟转的电缆接头，其特征在于：所述扁平密封圈为三元乙丙橡胶制作而成。
