背景技术
变压器用于转换电压,是交流电力系统中重要的电能转换设备。铁芯式变压器是常用的变压器种类,现有技术铁芯变压器使用过程中,由于涡流损耗铁芯易发热,导致电能转换为铁芯自身热能而造成损失。对于涡流损耗一般是以铁磁导体薄片叠加的方式形成铁芯,以降低涡流损耗。但这种铁芯为了保证能有足够的磁场强度,往往需要将芯臂作的很长。
实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能型干式变压器,以解决现有技术以铁磁导体薄片叠加的方式形成铁芯芯臂需加工很长的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种节能型干式变压器,其特征在于:包括矩形框状的铁芯,铁芯左、右两侧框边为芯臂,且芯臂上缠绕有线圈绕组,所述铁芯由多道分别沿竖向设置的硅钢片在水平方向上按矩形框状依次叠加构成,每道硅钢片分别设置为在竖直方向上呈蛇形多道弯折的硅钢片。
所述的一种节能型干式变压器,其特征在于:每道硅钢片中,上下相邻的弯折段紧密贴合叠置为一体。
本实用新型中铁芯由多道竖直的硅钢片在水平方向上叠加构成,可有效降低涡流损耗,同时每道硅钢片分别设为在竖直方向上多道蛇形弯折状,因此芯臂无须加工的很长,即可以获得足够的磁场强度。本实用新型在降低涡流损耗的同时,芯臂无须太长即可获得足够的磁场强度,能有效节约能源和资源。
