背景技术
现在技术中，如图1所示，冰箱的中横梁1两端大多采用螺钉2固定安装在冰箱两侧的冰箱侧板3上，由于冰箱侧板3与中横梁1端部平面存在较大的间隙，冰箱侧板3的壁厚也较薄（0.5mm左右），所以在采用螺钉2固定后，容易导致冰箱侧板3局部凹陷，影响了产品的美观度。若通过采用增加冰箱侧板3或中横梁1的壁厚来解决上述的技术问题，不仅存在制造成本高的缺陷，而且装配时也极为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、装配方便、能够解决冰箱侧板在采用螺钉与中横梁固定后局部凹陷问题的冰箱中横梁安装结构。
本实用新型还提供一种安装有上述冰箱中横梁安装结构的冰箱。
本实用新型的第一方面提供一种冰箱中横梁安装结构，包括中横梁及冰箱侧板，所述中横梁在朝向冰箱侧板的面上设有斜面凸台，斜面凸台从中横梁端部边缘沿另一端方向的高度逐渐增加，斜面凸台的最高端高度与中横梁和冰箱侧板之间的间隙相适配。

参见图1，本实用新型提供的一种冰箱中横梁安装结构，包括中横梁1，中横梁1两端均固定安装在冰箱两侧的冰箱侧板3上，结合图2，中横梁1的两端及冰箱侧板3上均开设有螺钉安装孔4，螺钉2依次穿过冰箱侧板3与中横梁1的螺钉安装孔4，实现冰箱侧板3与中横梁1的固定，为了解决背景技术中所述的技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是，结合图2及图3，中横梁1两端在朝向冰箱侧板3的面上设有斜面凸台5，斜面凸台5从中横梁1端部边缘沿另一端方向的高度逐渐增加，斜面凸台5的最高端高度与中横梁1和冰箱侧板3之间的间隙相适配。
使用时，参见图3，在将中横梁1的端部插入冰箱侧板3与冰箱内胆6之间安装时，斜面凸台5起到导向作用，使其能够快速达到待安装位置，斜面凸台5也能够使其在插入后，维持当前的安装位置，之后钻入螺钉2，将中横梁1与冰箱侧板3固定，斜面凸台5对冰箱侧板3起到支撑作用，能够有效防止其凹陷，确保了外观的美观度。
本实施例中，中横梁1包括横梁体11及设置在横梁体11两端的安装体12，横梁体11与冰箱侧板3位于同一水平面，斜面凸台5设置在安装体12上，安装体12设置在中横梁1和冰箱侧板3之间的间隙中。目的在于，能够进一步提高中横梁1在安装后的平整度与美观度。
本实施例中，斜面凸台5对称设置在中横梁1的螺钉安装孔4两侧。目的在于，一端采用双斜面凸台5的设置，能够更好的起到导向及防止冰箱侧板3变形的效果。
本实施例中，斜面凸台5的最高端的外周面呈圆弧状设置。目的在于，防止利用普通凸台所具有的尖角划伤冰箱侧板3，而且也能够确保装配时的顺滑导入效果，省时省力。
本实用新型还提供一种使用上述冰箱中横梁安装结构的冰箱，其包括安装有上述冰箱中横梁安装结构的冰箱箱体。
