技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯头部件，具体的说是一种采用双层玻璃进行散热的灯头部件。
背景技术
目前的灯头部件一般包括灯座、灯罩、发光件，其中发光件一般采用灯丝、LED灯珠或者灯条；目前的灯头部件只采用一层玻璃灯罩进行散热，这样效果不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种灯头部件，解决如何采用扩大散热面积的方式对灯头部件进行散热的技术问题。
灯头部件，包括灯座、透明的内罩、灯条、透明的外罩；内罩固定在灯座底部并真空密封；灯条处于内罩内部；外罩顶部密封在灯座的侧面，该外罩中心位置从底部朝上凸出延伸出一个半径逐渐减小的中空的散热块，该散热块通过散热胶与内罩的外侧面贴合；上述散热块的底部左右两侧对称的位置各具有一个连通外罩内部的从底部朝上凸出的散热孔。

本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型在普通灯座的内罩增加了一个外罩，该外罩的内部通过导热胶完全与内罩外侧贴合，从而将内罩内部发光件发出的热量传递到比内罩散热面积更大面积的外罩；为了提高散热效果，可在外罩底部和/或顶部增加散热孔，这样利于外罩内部热量由于空气流通从而将热量传递到外界。

具体实施方式
请参考图1，图中的一种灯头部件，包括灯座1、透明的内罩2、灯条3、透明的外罩4。
灯座1为现有部件，其用于驱动内罩2内部的灯条3发光。灯条3如LED灯条也为现有部件，其具有比LED灯珠更大的发光面积。
内罩2采用透明玻璃材质，其固定在灯座1底部并真空密封；灯条3处于内罩2内部并与灯座1电连接从而实现发光。
外罩4也采用透明玻璃材质或者PC面罩，其顶部密封在灯座1的侧面，外罩4顶部与灯座1的接触位置高于内罩2顶部与灯座1的接触位置。该外罩4中心位置从底部朝上凸出延伸出一个中空的圆柱散热块41，该散热块41的高度与内罩2的高度接近，该散热块41内部中空并通过导热胶42与内罩2的外侧面贴合，这样实现内罩2和外罩4的热量传递；上述散热块41的底部左右两侧对称的位置各具有一个连通外罩4内部的从底部朝上凸出的散热孔411，这样将外罩4内部的热量通过上述散热孔411传递至灯头部件外界。为了提高散热效果，可在散热块41的顶部左右两侧对称的位置也各布置一个连通外罩4内部的从底部朝上凸出的散热孔41，其采用同样的原理将热量将外罩4内部的热量通过上述散热孔411传递至灯头部件外界。为了使外罩4较容易的与内罩1及灯座1配合，可将外罩4为左右对称的两个单独部件组装而成。

1.灯头部件，其特征在于：包括灯座、透明的内罩、灯条、透明的外罩；内罩固定在灯座底部并真空密封；灯条处于内罩内部；外罩顶部密封在灯座的侧面，该外罩中心位置从底部朝上凸出延伸出一个半径逐渐减小的中空的散热块，该散热块通过散热胶与内罩的外侧面贴合；上述散热块的底部左右两侧对称的位置各具有一个连通外罩内部的从底部朝上凸出的散热孔。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的灯头部件，其特征在于：所述散热块的顶部左右两侧对称的位置各具有一个连通外罩内部的从底部朝上凸出的散热孔。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的灯头部件，其特征在于：所述外罩为左右对称的两个单独部件组装而成。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的灯头部件，其特征在于：所述内罩和外罩均为玻璃或者亚克力件。
