本实用新型公开了一种垂直锁块，垂直锁块上设有供垂直导杆穿过的三个垂直孔，在垂直锁块上设有从侧面向其中两垂直孔分别延伸的横向切槽，两横向切槽相互平行，在垂直锁块上设有穿过两横向切槽的锁孔，锁孔穿过有锁紧螺栓。该结构不仅能起到垂直锁紧的作用，而且没有连接横向切槽的垂直孔始终不会脱离对应的垂直导杆，提高了安全性能。对于垂直滑块来说，垂直滑块需要承受来自其他装置的重量，因此，垂直锁块需要与三根垂直导杆连接，提高承重能力。

背景技术
调整机构是对位置进行调整的机构，一般通过螺杆、皮带、链轮等进行驱动，对于有些调整机构来说，不能进行可靠的锁定，因此使用起来不安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种垂直锁块，利用本实用新型的结构，能实现可靠的锁定，提高承重力。
为达到上述目的，一种垂直锁块，垂直锁块上设有供垂直导杆穿过的三个垂直孔，在垂直锁块上设有从侧面向其中两垂直孔分别延伸的横向切槽，两横向切槽相互平行，在垂直锁块上设有穿过两横向切槽的锁孔，锁孔穿过有锁紧螺栓。
当锁紧螺栓锁紧后，具有与横向切槽连接的两个垂直孔紧紧的抱合在对应的垂直导杆上，防止垂直滑座移动，当锁紧螺栓松开后，具有与横向切槽连接的两个垂直孔松开，另一垂直孔起到导向作用，垂直滑座可沿着垂直导杆滑动，这样，不仅能起到垂直锁紧的作用，而且没有连接横向切槽的垂直孔始终不会脱离对应的垂直导杆，提高了安全性能。对于垂直滑块来说，垂直滑块需要承受来自其他装置的重量，因此，垂直锁块需要与三根垂直导杆连接，提高承重能力。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，调整机构5包括垂直驱动装置51和横向驱动装置52。
所述的垂直驱动装置51包括垂直底座511、垂直导杆512、垂直滑座513和垂直上座514。在垂直底座511与垂直上座514之间连接有三根垂直导杆512，垂直滑座513滑动的设在垂直导杆512上。在垂直滑座513内安装有垂直螺母516，在垂直底座511与垂直上座514之间设有与垂直螺母啮合的垂直丝杆515。
所述的横向驱动装置52包括横向底座521、横向导杆522、横向滑座523和横向上座524。在横向底座521与横向上座524之间连接有三根横向导杆522，横向滑座523滑动的设在横向导杆522上。在横向滑座523内安装有横向螺母526，在横向底座521与横向上座524之间设有与横向螺母啮合的横向丝杆525。
在垂直滑座513上固定有垂直锁块517，如图3所示，垂直锁块517上设有供垂直导杆穿过的三个垂直孔5171，在垂直锁块上设有从侧面向其中两垂直孔分别延伸的横向切槽5172，两横向切槽相互平行，在垂直锁块上设有穿过两横向切槽的锁孔，锁孔穿过有锁紧螺栓。当锁紧螺栓锁紧后，具有与横向切槽连接的两个垂直孔紧紧的抱合在对应的垂直导杆上，防止垂直滑座移动，当锁紧螺栓松开后，具有与横向切槽连接的两个垂直孔松开，另一垂直孔起到导向作用，垂直滑座可沿着垂直导杆滑动，这样，不仅能起到垂直锁紧的作用，而且没有连接横向切槽的垂直孔始终不会脱离对应的垂直导杆，提高了安全性能。对于垂直滑块来说，垂直滑块需要承受来自横向驱动装置的重量，因此，垂直锁块需要与三根垂直导杆连接，提高承重能力。
在横向滑座523上固定有横向锁块527，横向锁块527套在其中一横向导杆上。对于横向锁块来说，只要承受其自身的重量即可，因此，在其中一横向导杆上安装横向锁块即可达到使用的要求。
