本实用新型涉及瓦楞机设备领域，具体地指一种瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置。
背景技术
现有瓦楞机的瓦楞纸压辊加热系统所产生的热量常常会传导至辊筒内部，而导致辊筒内部温度升高，压强增大，同时瓦楞纸压辊的辊轴及相关驱动装置也常常会发生温度过高而容易烧毁损坏或缩短使用寿命。并且瓦楞纸压辊辊筒内部温度不易控制，因此，急需设计一种能够有效对瓦楞纸压辊进行控温和减压的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，实现远程对瓦楞纸压辊进行控温和减压的目的。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题，所采用的技术方案是：一种瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，它包括位于瓦楞纸压辊内部的冷却水夹套，所述冷却水夹套的进水端通过软管与自来水管线相连接，所述冷却水夹套的出水端通过软管与回用管线相连接；
所述瓦楞纸压辊内部还设有温度传感器、压力传感器和贯通内外的泄压阀，所述冷却水夹套的进水端和出水端均设有电控转阀；
所述温度传感器、压力传感器均与控制系统电连接，所述泄压阀和电控转阀的开闭控制机构均与控制系统电连接。
优选地，所述回用管线出水端与蓄水箱相连接。
优选地，所述冷却水夹套整体为中空的圆柱体形状，其设于瓦楞纸压辊辊筒内部中心位置。
优选地，所述瓦楞纸压辊的辊轴穿设于冷却水夹套内。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1、本实用新型通过冷却水夹套可以对瓦楞纸压辊内部辊轴及其驱动部分进行降温，同时对瓦楞纸压辊的辊筒内部空间进行减压，延长了瓦楞纸压辊的使用寿命。
2、通过回用管线与蓄水箱，可以将冷却水夹套出来的水进行收集与回用，其结构简单，也节约了水资源。
3、通过温度传感器和压力传感器，可以远程实时监测瓦楞纸压辊内部的温度和压力，一旦出现异常情况，控制系统可以远程控制泄压阀和电控转阀开闭，实现了远程对瓦楞纸压辊进行控温和减压的目的，使得瓦楞纸压辊保持正常运转。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。
如图1和2所示，一种瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，它包括位于瓦楞纸压辊1内部的冷却水夹套2，所述冷却水夹套2的进水端通过软管与自来水管线3相连接，所述冷却水夹套2的出水端通过软管与回用管线4相连接；
所述瓦楞纸压辊1内部还设有温度传感器5、压力传感器6和贯通内外的泄压阀7，所述冷却水夹套2的进水端和出水端均设有电控转阀8；
所述温度传感器5、压力传感器6均与控制系统9电连接，所述泄压阀7和电控转阀8的开闭控制机构均与控制系统9电连接。
优选地，所述回用管线4出水端与蓄水箱10相连接。这种设计可以通过回用管线4与蓄水箱10，可以将冷却水夹套2出来的水进行收集与回用，其结构简单，也节约了水资源。
如图2所示，优选地，所述冷却水夹套2整体为中空的圆柱体形状，其设于瓦楞纸压辊1辊筒内部中心位置。这种设计一者布局合理，有效利用瓦楞纸压辊1辊筒内部空间，二者由于其安装位置位于中心位置，所以其降温效果均匀，降温效果好。
优选地，所述瓦楞纸压辊1的辊轴1.1穿设于冷却水夹套2内。这种安装方式使得辊轴1.1及相应驱动部分的降温效果更为明显。
本实施例工作原理如下：首先，温度传感器5和压力传感器6可以实时监测瓦楞纸压辊1内部的温度和压力，如图1所示，当瓦楞纸压辊1的加热层11不断加热时，瓦楞纸压辊1内部的温度和压力会不断升高，当达到某一临界点后，控制系统9控制泄压阀7和电控转阀8开启，自来水管线3的水进入冷却水夹套2，实现降温过程，泄压阀7开启，实现减压过程，从冷却水夹套2出来的水进入到蓄水箱10中，可以循环利用；当瓦楞纸压辊1内部的温度和压力正常后，可以关闭泄压阀7和电控转阀8，以节约能源。并且，控制系统9可以远程控制泄压阀7和电控转阀8开闭，实现了远程对瓦楞纸压辊1进行控温和减压的目的。

1.一种瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，其特征在于：它包括位于瓦楞纸压辊（1）内部的冷却水夹套（2），所述冷却水夹套（2）的进水端通过软管与自来水管线（3）相连接，所述冷却水夹套（2）的出水端通过软管与回用管线（4）相连接；
所述瓦楞纸压辊（1）内部还设有温度传感器（5）、压力传感器（6）和贯通内外的泄压阀（7），所述冷却水夹套（2）的进水端和出水端均设有电控转阀（8）；
所述温度传感器（5）、压力传感器（6）均与控制系统（9）电连接，所述泄压阀（7）和电控转阀（8）的开闭控制机构均与控制系统（9）电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，其特征在于：所述回用管线（4）出水端与蓄水箱（10）相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸压辊远程控温与减压装置，其特征在于：所述冷却水夹套（2）整体为中空的圆柱体形状，其设于瓦楞纸压辊（1）辊筒内部中心位置。
