一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰与建筑保温材料。具体地说是一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，同时具有建筑装饰、墙体保温与A级防火功能的建筑节能装饰材料。
背景技术
目前外墙保温装饰一体化板日趋成熟。但是，在实际应用中仍然存在着自重过大、强度较低、安全系数较低、装饰层易剥落、防火等级低、施工成本高等诸多问题。
本实用新型所提供的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，由工厂标准化生产而成。具有重量轻、A级防火功能、质量稳定、安全性高、装饰寿命长、良好的保温效果、无污染、节约工期、安装方便等特点。适用于新旧建筑物外立面使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所提供的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：包括A级防火保温层、保温材料面层、保温材料底层、保温层加强肋、保温材料防护层、界面层及装饰面层。所述A级防火保温层一主面覆涂保温材料底层；另一主面涂覆保温材料面层；保温层加强肋与保温材料底层和面层相连接形成一体并间于A级防火保温层；保温材料面层上复合水泥基质超薄材料形成界面层；在界面层上涂布装饰涂层材料，构成装饰面层；其余四个侧面涂覆保温材料防护层。形成一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将A级保温材料竖丝岩棉均匀铺设在模具中，在一主面喷涂一定要求厚度的保温材料底层材料聚氨酯，撤去保温层加强肋预留件，注喷保温层加强肋材料聚氨酯；再在另一面喷涂一定厚度的聚氨酯，形成保温材料面层。在保温材料面层复合水泥基质超薄材料形成界面层。
通过适当生产工艺，在保温材料底层复合水泥基质超薄材料；在形成的一体板外露的竖丝岩棉四侧涂刷(或喷涂)柔性憎水防护材料，并均质涂覆于一体板的四个侧面，形成保温材料保护层；再在界面层上涂布真石漆、仿花岗岩漆、UV转印漆等装饰材料，形成装饰面层。
优选地，保温材料面层设置在所述A级防火保温层的一主面，材料为聚氨酯；保温材料底层设置在所述A级防火保温层的另一主面，材料为聚氨酯且分布有排列有序的孔洞。底层外露底面涂布水泥基质超薄材料。
优选地，A级防火保温层材料为A级防火保温材料竖丝岩棉。
优选地，保温层加强肋材料为聚氨酯，与保温材料底层和保温材料面层相连接，且置于A级防火保温层间。保温层加强肋的横截面呈Ⅰ形,高度为所需一体化外墙板的厚度。
优选地，保温材料防护层为柔性憎水防护材料，并均质涂覆于一体板的四个侧面。
优选地，界面层复合置于保温材料面层上；界面层材料为水泥基质超薄材料。
优选地，装饰面层的装饰涂层材料涂布在界面层上。装饰涂层材料为包括：真石漆、仿花岗岩漆、UV转印漆等。
优选地，保温材料底层分布有排列有序的孔洞。孔洞形状为圆形、椭圆形、三角形或上述形状的相近形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型，但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
本实用新型所提供的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，通过工厂标准化生产而成。
如图1所示，将A级保温材料竖丝岩棉均匀铺设在模具中，在一主面喷涂一定要求厚度的保温材料底层材料聚氨酯，撤去保温层加强肋预留件，注喷保温层加强肋材料聚氨酯(如图2)；再在另一面喷涂一定厚度的聚氨酯，形成保温材料面层。在保温材料面层复合水泥基质超薄材料形成界面层(如图1、如图2所示)。
通过适当生产工艺，在保温材料底层复合水泥基质超薄材料(如图1)；在形成的一体板外露的竖丝岩棉四侧涂刷(或喷涂)柔性憎水防护材料，并均质涂覆于一体板的四个侧面(如图1、如图2所示)，形成保温材料保护层；再在界面层上涂布真石漆、仿花岗岩漆、UV转印漆等装饰材料，形成装饰面层(如图1、如图2所示)。

1.一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：包括A级防火保温层(1)、保温材料面层(2)、保温材料底层(3)、保温层加强肋(4)、保温材料防护层(5)、界面层(6)及装饰面层(7)；所述A级防火保温层(1)一主面覆涂保温材料底层(3)，另一主面涂覆保温材料面层(2)；保温层加强肋(4)与保温材料底层(3)和面层(2)相连接形成一体并间于A级防火保温层(1)；保温材料面层(2)上复合水泥基质超薄材料(8)形成界面层(6)，在界面层(6)上涂布装饰涂层材料(9)，构成装饰面层(7)；其余四个侧面涂覆保温材料防护层(5)；形成一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：保温材料面层(2)设置在所述A级防火保温层(1)的一主面，材料为聚氨酯(10)；保温材料底层(3)设置在所述A级防火保温层(1)的另一主面，材料为聚氨酯(10)且分布有排列有序的孔洞(11)；底层外露底面涂布水泥基质超薄材料(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：A级防火保温层(1)材料为A级防火保温材料竖丝岩棉(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：保温层加强肋(4)材料为聚氨酯(10)，与保温材料底层(3)和保温材料面层(2)相连接，且置于A级防火保温层(1)间；保温层加强肋(4)的横截面呈Ⅰ形(13),高度为所需一体化外墙板的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：保温材料防护层(5)为柔性憎水防护材料(14)，并均质涂覆于一体板的四个侧面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：界面层(6)复合置于保温材料面层(2)上；界面层(6)材料为水泥基质超薄材料(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：装饰面层(7)的装饰涂层材料(9)涂布在界面层(6)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型A级防火保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：保温材料底层(3)分布有排列有序的孔洞(11)；孔洞(11)形状为圆形、椭圆形、三角形或上述形状的相近形。
