目前在层绞式光缆制造工艺中，护套挤塑时，主要使用的模具分为挤压式、拉管式和半挤压式。这三种分体式模具都需要人工去调节模芯与模盖的同心度,比较浪费工时,且尺寸的精确度控制不高。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种使用方便，具有自对中功能的层绞式通信光缆一体式自对中挤塑模具。
为了实现本实用新型的上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，本实用新型包括模芯和模盖，其特征在于：模芯外设置有连接套，连接套和模芯之间为进料口，连接套外设置有外螺纹，所述模盖表面设置有模芯的安装槽，安装槽内设置有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
本实用新型的有益效果：1.本实用新型的模芯与模盖通过螺纹连接成一体式，实现模盖与模芯的对中。
2.模芯与模盖连接的螺纹，以及模芯与连接套之间形成的进料孔，可保证挤出压力的稳定性。

本实用新型包括模芯10和模盖4，其特征在于：模芯10外设置有连接套8，连接套8和模芯10之间为进料口9，连接套8外设置有外螺纹6，所述模盖4表面设置有模芯10的安装槽，安装槽内设置有与所述外螺纹6配合的内螺纹7。
所述模芯10一端为连接头11，模芯10另一端为挤出端，所述连接套8设置于模芯10中部外，模芯10中部与连接套8相对应处设置为水平段，水平段到挤出端之间设置为锥形体5；所述模盖4的进料口9内为内螺纹7，内螺纹7内为初步挤压锥形槽3，初步挤压锥形槽3内设置有末端挤出锥形槽2，末端挤出锥形槽2的末端和模芯10的挤出端形成出料口1，所述初步挤压锥形槽3的锥角大于模芯10锥形体5的锥角；所述末端挤出锥形槽2的锥角与模芯10锥形体5的锥角相同。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种层绞式通信光缆一体式自对中挤塑模具，其特征在于：所述模芯（10）一端为连接头（11），模芯（10）另一端为挤出端，所述连接套（8）设置于模芯（10）中部外，模芯（10）中部与连接套（8）相对应处设置为水平段，水平段到挤出端之间设置为锥形体（5）；所述模盖（4）的进料口（9）内为内螺纹（7），内螺纹（7）内为初步挤压锥形槽（3），初步挤压锥形槽（3）内设置有末端挤出锥形槽（2），末端挤出锥形槽（2）的末端和模芯（10）的挤出端形成出料口（1），所述初步挤压锥形槽（3）的锥角大于模芯（10）锥形体（5）的锥角；所述末端挤出锥形槽（2）的锥角与模芯（10）锥形体（5）的锥角相同。
