背景技术
目前市场流行的是饲料罐装车打料，灌装车从饲料车加满料以后运输到养殖场，然后输送到各个料塔中。目前市场上流行的灌装车因为价格高昂，不是每个饲料厂都配备，养殖场更不可能去购买此设备。但规模化养殖所用设备都是自动化供料，饲料用量多，袋装料储存又太占用空间，这样在饲料厂没有灌装车的情况下，养殖场实际操作就存在诸多困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种移动输料车，结构简单，送料高度可调，可以满足不同高度的料塔使用；因为底架带有轮子，所以是可移动的，故一辆送料车即可满足全场使用，解决了客户的实际需求。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种移动输料车，包括轮子、底架、支撑滑轮、输料管、钢丝绳、升降支架、绞车、驱动电机、皮带轮、绞龙和转动轴，其中，轮子设置在底架下部位置，底架上部设有升降支架和钢丝绳；升降支架与底架之间设有转动轴；升降支架顶部设有支撑滑轮；底架右侧设有驱动电机和皮带轮；支撑滑轮上部设有输料管；输料管内部设有绞龙；钢丝绳下部设有绞车。
该装置中，通过绞车的带动钢丝绳的伸缩，钢丝绳拉动升降支架，升降支架以转动轴为轴心上下运动，将移动输料车出料口调高或者调低。将饲料添加到料箱以后，启动驱动电机；驱动电机带动绞龙运转，将饲料运送到出料口漏下。

如图1所示的移动输料车，包括轮子1、底架2、支撑滑轮3、输料管4、钢丝绳5、升降支架6、绞车7、驱动电机8、皮带轮9、绞龙10和转动轴11，其中，轮子1设置在底架2下部位置，底架2上部设有升降支架6和钢丝绳5；升降支架6与底架2之间设有转动轴11；升降支架6顶部设有支撑滑轮3；底架2右侧设有驱动电机8和皮带轮9；支撑滑轮3上部设有输料管4；输料管4内部设有绞龙10；钢丝绳5下部设有绞车7。
该装置中，通过绞车7的带动钢丝绳5的伸缩，钢丝绳5拉动升降支架6，升降支架6以转动轴11为轴心上下运动，将移动输料车出料口调高或者调低。将饲料添加到料箱以后，启动驱动电机8；驱动电机8带动绞龙10运转，将饲料运送到出料口漏下。
