背景技术
EPS发泡件是优良的包装材料，例如电视机、电冰箱、洗衣机、空调机、电子仪表、精密仪器、玻璃器皿、陶瓷制品、美术工艺等产品，都离不开EPS发泡件作为缓冲性包装物。EPS泡沫塑料是以聚苯乙烯树脂为基料，加入发泡剂等辅助材料，经加热发泡而成的轻质材料。它具有质轻、导热系数小、吸水率低、耐水、耐老化、耐低温、易加工、价廉质优等优点，是海产品冷冻、蔬菜保鲜、保温箱、冷库、冷藏车、铁路客车等方面不可缺少的保温保鲜材料的容器。EPS包装品比较容易回收和再利用，是良好的绿色包装材料。
但是传统泡沫保温箱箱盖结构过于单一，保温效果并不是很好，且保温箱在使用的过程中，泡沫箱的箱盖的转角处很容易发生破损，若使用市面上常见的泡沫保温箱装载货物运输时，一但泡沫箱发生破损，极易给人们带来巨大的经济损失。

本实用新型提供一种带有夹层塑料泡沫的保温箱箱盖，可以有效地解决现如今传统泡沫保温箱箱盖结构过于单一，保温效果并不是很好，且保温箱在使用的过程中，泡沫箱盖的转角处很容易造成破损的缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种带有夹层塑料泡沫的保温箱箱盖，包括箱盖本体，所述箱盖本体的底部设有凸条，所述箱盖本体的内部设有凹槽，所述凹槽的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板，凹槽的底部设有限位孔，所述箱盖本体的转角处内部设有护角，所述箱盖本体的顶板内设有加强板芯。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案，所述护角为塑料材质制成。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案，所述加强板芯为聚苯乙烯发泡保温材料制成或酚酫树脂发泡保温材料制成。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是：该种塑料泡沫保温箱箱盖，箱盖设有的护角和加强板芯可以增加箱盖的整体强度，且采用保温材料制成的加强板芯可以有效提高箱盖的保温效果。

如图1-2所示，本实用新型一种带有夹层塑料泡沫的保温箱箱盖，包括箱盖本体1，箱盖本体1的底部设有凸条2，箱盖本体1的内部设有凹槽4，凹槽4 的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板3，凹槽4的底部设有限位孔5，箱盖本体1的转角处内部设有护角6，箱盖本体1的顶板内设有加强板芯7。
进一步的，护角6为塑料材质制成。
进一步的，加强板芯7为聚苯乙烯发泡保温材料制成或酚酫树脂发泡保温材料制成。
具体时，在使用该种保温箱箱盖时，在将物品放置在保温箱的内部，然后将箱盖本体1的凸条2与保温箱顶部的凹槽卡合连接，箱盖本体1设有的凹槽4 可以与物体的顶部卡合连接，若物体的顶部有凸起，凸起可以插入限位孔5的内部，使得物体可以牢牢的固定在保温箱的内部。
该种塑料泡沫保温箱箱盖，箱盖设有的护角6和加强板芯7可以增加箱盖的整体强度，且采用保温材料制成的加强板芯7可以有效提高箱盖的保温效果。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有夹层塑料泡沫的保温箱箱盖，其特征在于，所述加强板芯(7)为聚苯乙烯发泡保温材料制成或酚酫树脂发泡保温材料制成。
