Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，包括箱盖和箱体，箱盖的底部设有凸条，箱盖的内部设有第一凹槽，第一凹槽的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板，凹槽的底部设有限位孔，凸条通过卡槽与箱体的顶部卡合连接，卡槽内部的转角处设有卡槽护角，箱体开口处的内部设有第一护角，箱体的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱，箱体内部的底端设有第二凹槽，箱体箱壁的内部设有夹层。本发明箱体采用一个腔体的设计，使得保温箱的使用空间体积较大，人们在使用的过程中可以更好的合理使用箱体空间，不拘泥于装载物的自身结构，使得箱体的装载能力大大提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温箱，特别涉及一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，属于保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
EPS发泡件是优良的包装材料，例如电视机、电冰箱、洗衣机、空调机、电子仪表、精密仪器、玻璃器皿、陶瓷制品、美术工艺等产品，都离不开EPS发泡件作为缓冲性包装物。EPS泡沫塑料是以聚苯乙烯树脂为基料，加入发泡剂等辅助材料，经加热发泡而成的轻质材料。它具有质轻、导热系数小、吸水率低、耐水、耐老化、耐低温、易加工、价廉质优等优点，是海产品冷冻、蔬菜保鲜、保温箱、冷库、冷藏车、铁路客车等方面不可缺少的保温保鲜材料的容器。EPS包装品比较容易回收和再利用，是良好的绿色包装材料。
但是传统泡沫保温箱结构过于单一，保温效果并不是很好，且保温箱在使用的过程中，泡沫箱的转角处很容易发生破损，若使用市面上常见的泡沫保温箱转载货物运输时，一但泡沫箱发生破损，极易给人们带来巨大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，可以有效地解决现如今传统泡沫保温箱结构过于单一，保温效果并不是很好，且保温箱在使用的过程中，泡沫箱的转角处很容易造成破损的缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，包括箱盖和箱体，所述箱盖的底部设有凸条，所述箱盖的内部设有第一凹槽，所述第一凹槽的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板，所述所述凹槽的底部设有限位孔，所述凸条通过卡槽与箱体的顶部卡合连接，所述卡槽内部的转角处设有卡槽护角，所述箱体开口处的内部设有第一护角，所述箱体的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱，所述箱体内部的底端设有第二凹槽，所述箱体箱壁的内部设有夹层，所述夹层的底部设有第二护角，所述箱体底部的内部设有第三护角。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述泡沫柱为方形，且柱体相邻的柱面设有方形凸起。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述夹层的的内部设有真空隔热保温材料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述卡槽的深度大于五厘米。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述第一护角和所述第二护角共八个，且护角的结合处均采用增强尼龙。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：该种塑料泡沫保温箱，箱体采用一个腔体的设计，使得保温箱的使用空间体积较大，人们在使用的过程中可以更好的合理使用箱体空间，不拘泥于装载物的自身结构，使得箱体的装载能力大大提升，且箱体的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱，配合箱体内部设有的护角，使得箱体的强度大大提升，避免在箱体使用的过程中，转角处发生破损，且箱体设有的夹层，当保温箱用于疫苗运输时，可以确保疫苗运输过程的保温。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-3所示，本发明一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，包括箱盖1和箱体6，箱盖1的底部设有凸条12，箱盖1的内部设有第一凹槽3，第一凹槽3的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板13，凹槽3的底部设有限位孔14，凸条12通过卡槽9与箱体6的顶部卡合连接，卡槽9内部的转角处设有卡槽护角2，箱体6开口处的内部设有第一护角5，箱体6的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱4，箱体6内部的底端设有第二凹槽11，箱体6箱壁的内部设有夹层10，夹层10的底部设有第二护角7，箱体6底部的内部设有第三护角8。
进一步的，泡沫柱4为方形，且柱体相邻的柱面设有方形凸起。
进一步的，夹层10的的内部设有真空隔热保温材料，当保温箱用于疫苗运输时，可以确保疫苗运输过程的保温。
进一步的，卡槽9的深度大于五厘米。
进一步的，第一护角5和第二护角7共八个，且护角的结合处均采用增强尼龙，可以增加箱体6的保温效果。
具体时，在使用该种保温箱时，只需要将物品放置在箱体6的内部，当箱盖1的凸条12与箱体6的卡槽进行卡合时，物品的底部便可与第二凹槽11进行卡合，顶部与第一凹槽3进行卡合，物体的顶端若有凸起，则凸起便可以置于限位孔14内，这样以来物体在保温箱的内部就很难发生移位了，当保温箱用于疫苗运输时，箱体6设有的夹层10，可以确保疫苗运输过程的保温。
该种塑料泡沫保温箱，箱体6采用一个腔体的设计，使得保温箱的使用空间体积较大，人们在使用的过程中可以更好的合理使用箱体6空间，不拘泥于装载物的自身结构，使得箱体6的装载能力大大提升，且箱体6的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱4，配合箱体6内部设有的护角，使得箱体6的强度大大提升，避免在箱体6使用的过程中，转角处发生破损，且箱体6设有的夹层10，当保温箱用于疫苗运输时，可以确保疫苗运输过程的保温。

1.一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，包括箱盖（1）和箱体（6），其特征在于，所述箱盖（1）的底部设有凸条（12），所述箱盖（1）的内部设有第一凹槽（3），所述第一凹槽（3）的中部设有两根位置相对的隔板（13），所述所述凹槽（3）的底部设有限位孔（14），所述凸条（12）通过卡槽（9）与箱体（6）的顶部卡合连接，所述卡槽（9）内部的转角处设有卡槽护角（2），所述箱体（6）开口处的内部设有第一护角（5），所述箱体（6）的内部转角处设有四根泡沫柱（4），所述箱体（6）内部的底端设有第二凹槽（11），所述箱体（6）箱壁的内部设有夹层（10），所述夹层（10）的底部设有第二护角（7），所述箱体（6）底部的内部设有第三护角（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，其特征在于，所述泡沫柱（4）为方形，且柱体相邻的柱面设有方形凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，其特征在于，所述夹层（10）的内部设有真空隔热保温材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，其特征在于，所述卡槽（9）的深度大于五厘米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有夹层塑料泡沫保温箱，其特征在于，所述第一护角（5）和第二护角（7）共八个，且护角的结合处均采用增强尼龙。
