本实用新型公开一种LED反射灯,LED光源设置在碗状反射杯的底部,在LED光源上方设置导光柱,导光柱由下部的散射部和上部的反射部组成,散射部为中空柱体,其侧壁为上窄下宽的抛物线弧形,反射部为直径与散射部中空柱体相同的圆柱体,反射部上端部呈漏斗型的反射面,遮光罩扣设在反射部的反射面上;采用上述方案后分别经过二次配光后的LED光就会分布较均匀、柔和。

本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯具,特指LED反射灯。
背景技术
LED灯因其节能和高亮的特点被广泛应用,但由于LED发光特性为峰值发光,单向性较高,所以普通的LED灯都要通过透镜来调节发光角度,但这种LED还是存在刺眼的问题,需要在灯的前部再加装毛玻璃,但这样又造成光能浪费。有业者开发了LED反射灯,一种LED反射灯包括两个LED光源、一个遮光帽、两片导热板、一个反射杯、一个散热器,LED光源由导热板上LED定位槽固定,两片导热板直接和散热器连接,在散热器内部安装了反射杯,反射杯套接在导热板上,散热设于导热板顶部。这种反射灯LED立设在反射杯内,发出的光都照射到反射杯上进行二次配光不会产生两刺眼的光。但这种反射灯有下述两个不足,一是两个LED背向设置,两侧光线较弱;二是上部设有遮光帽会挡住一部分光,使得LED灯照射不均匀。第二种LED反射灯是在反射杯上端横向加设导热桥,LED设在导热桥面向反射杯一侧。这种方案导热桥散热效果较差,另导热桥也会挡住一部分光。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种配光均匀,光线柔和的LED反射灯。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型一种LED反射灯,包括灯头、后盖、LED光源、反射杯、遮光罩,反射杯呈碗状,在其内侧壁表面并排设有凸面反光片,其中,LED光源设置在碗状反射杯的底部,在LED光源上方设置导光柱,导光柱由下部的散射部和上部的反射部组成,散射部为中空柱体,其侧壁为上窄下宽的抛物线弧形,反射部位于散射部上端,反射部为直径与散射部中空柱体相同的圆柱体,反射部上端部呈漏斗型的反射面,遮光罩扣设在反射部的反射面上。
反射杯外侧紧贴反射杯设有导热金属杯,在导热金属杯外侧紧贴导热金属杯设有塑料散热器,塑料散热器的下端与后盖连接。
遮光罩设在反射部反射面上方,其下端部与反射部反射面完全贴合,遮光罩下端部表面真空电镀高反射率材料。
反射杯碗形侧壁为抛物线形,LED光源位于抛物线焦点处。
采用上述方案后,LED发出的光经过导光柱进行一次配光后全部照射到碗状反光杯上,再经过反光杯的的凸面反光片进行二次配光后使得LED反射灯发出的光均匀、柔和。

请参阅图1以及图2,本实用新型一种LED反射杯,包括反射杯1、遮光罩2、导光柱3、LED光源4、导热铝杯5、塑料散热器6、后盖7、灯头8。反射杯1呈碗状,碗形侧壁为抛物线形,在其内侧壁表面并排设有凸面反光片11,反射杯的底部设有LED光源4,LED光源4位于碗形抛物线焦点处或接近焦点处,在LED光源4上方设置导光柱3,导光柱3由下部的散射部31和上部的反射部32组成,散射部31为中空柱体,其侧壁为上窄下宽的抛物线弧形,反射部32位于散射部上端,反射部32为直径与散射部31中空柱体相同的圆柱体,反射部32上端部呈漏斗型的反射面321。遮光罩2扣设在反射部32的反射面321上,遮光罩2下端部与反射部反射面完全贴合,遮光罩下端部表面真空电镀高反射率材料。
反射杯1外侧紧贴反射杯1设有导热铝杯5,在导热铝杯5外侧紧贴导热金属杯5设有塑料散热器6,塑料散热器6的下端与后盖7连接。
工作时,LED光源4发出的光进入导光柱,其侧向光线经散射部31的抛物线弧形后以更大的角度照射到反射杯1的下部的凸面反光片11后进行二次反射,LED光源4的径光光经过散射部31后照设到反射部32,由于反射部31上部扣设下部漏斗型遮光罩,遮光罩下部电镀有反射材料,光线在反射面上反射后照设到反射杯1上部的凸面反光片11后进行二次反射。这样分别经过二次配光后的LED光就会分布较均匀、柔和。

1.一种LED反射灯,包括灯头、后盖、LED光源、反射杯、遮光罩,反射杯呈碗状,在其内侧壁表面并排设有凸面反光片,其特征在于:LED光源设置在碗状反射杯的底部,在LED光源上方设置导光柱,导光柱由下部的散射部和上部的反射部组成,散射部为中空柱体,其侧壁为上窄下宽的抛物线弧形,反射部位于散射部上端,反射部为直径与散射部中空柱体相同的圆柱体,反射部上端部呈漏斗型的反射面,遮光罩扣设在反射部的反射面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED反射灯,其特征在于:所述的反射杯外侧紧贴反射杯设有导热金属杯,在导热金属杯外侧紧贴导热金属杯设有塑料散热器,塑料散热器的下端与后盖连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种LED反射灯,其特征在于:遮光罩设在反射部反射面上方,其下端部与反射部反射面完全贴合,遮光罩下端部表面真空电镀高反射率材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种LED反射灯,其特征在于:反射杯碗形侧壁为抛物线形,LED光源位于抛物线焦点处。
