本实用新型公开了一种绝缘式排管,它由一簇并排相连的外管组成。所述外管为一节用绝缘材质制成的圆直管,该管壁上均布的毛细孔率≥80%,最大孔径≤8μm,电阻≤0.0020Ω.dm2/片。外管的一侧外壁上设有一条纵向榫条,相对一侧管壁上设有与纵向榫条相配合的一条纵向凹槽。按极板截取的管以纵向榫条与相邻管的纵向凹槽配合,依次排列直至设定宽度。此种管间嵌合结构简单,拼接排管容易,连接可靠。由于用绝缘材料制成的外管,在结构中除起到包容内置的铅膏外,还具有绝缘功能,在结构中可省去正负极板之间的隔板,节省的空间有利于提高电池容量及循环使用寿命。本实用新型中的管壁上预置的毛细孔密集,毛细孔有利于离子传递,为改善电池提供有利条件。

本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池构件,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种排管,特别是一种具有隔板功能的绝缘式排管。
背景技术
管式铅酸蓄电池内置的极板为管式结构,在极板上每根电极针外置的铅膏必须用外管封堵。现有技术的外管为导电体,组装铅酸蓄电池时正极板上依次插装相应数量的外管,然后在正负极板之间配置隔板。隔板在结构中除起到绝缘作用,还要求确保正负极板之间离子传递通道畅通。由于,现有技术顺序安插外管较繁、工作量大,再加上排列的隔板在正负极板之间占据一定的空间,直接减少了铅酸蓄电池内部储存电解液的量,由此带来的负作用是减小容量及循环使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有隔板功能的绝缘式排管,该排管结构简单、制造容易、安装快捷、既起到绝缘相隔的作用,又不占据电池内腔位置。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
绝缘式排管,它由一簇并排相连的外管组成,其改进之处在于:所述外管为一节圆直管,外管的一侧外壁上设有一条纵向榫条、相对一侧管壁上设有与榫条相配合的一条纵向凹槽。
上述结构中,所述纵向榫条和纵向凹槽的横向截面为燕尾形或T形。
上述结构中,所述外管用PE或PVC材料制成,其壁上均布的毛细孔率≥80%,最大孔径≤8μm,电阻≤0.0020Ω.dm2/片。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、管间嵌合结构简单,排管制作容易,连接可靠;
2、用绝缘材料制成的外管,除起到包容内置铅膏外,还具有绝缘功能,由于可省去电池正负极板之间的隔板,节省的空间有利于提高电池的容量和循环使用寿命;
3、管壁上预置的毛细孔密集,有利于离子传递,提高电池的电性能。

下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1所示的绝缘式排管,它由19根并排相连的外管组成。所述外管为一节用PE材料制成的圆直管,该管壁上均布的毛细孔率≥80%,最大孔径≤8μm,电阻≤0.0020Ω.dm2/片。外管的一侧外壁上设有一条纵向榫条1,相对一侧管壁上设有与纵向榫条1相配合的一条纵向凹槽2。本实施例中纵向榫条1和纵向凹槽2的横截面如图3所示的燕尾形,按极板长度截取的外管以纵向榫条1与相邻外管的纵向凹槽2配合,依次排列至设定宽度。此种管间嵌合结构简单,拼接排管容易,连接可靠。由于用绝缘材料制成的外管,在结构中除起到包容内置的铅膏外,还具有绝缘功能,在结构中可省去正负极板之间的隔板,节省的空间有利于提高电池性能。本实用新型中的管壁上预置的毛细孔密集,毛细孔有利于离子传递,为改善电池性提供条件。

1.一种绝缘式排管,它由一簇并排相连的外管组成,其特征在于:所述外管为一节圆直管,外管的一侧外壁上设有一条纵向榫条(1)、相对一侧管壁上设有与榫条相配合的一条纵向凹槽(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘式排管,其特征在于:所述纵向榫条(1)和纵向凹槽(2)的横向截面为燕尾形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘式排管,其特征在于:所述纵向榫条(1)和纵向凹槽(2)的横向截面为T形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘式排管,其特征在于:所述外管用PE或PVC材料制成,其壁上均布的毛细孔率≥80%,最大孔径≤8μm,电阻≤0.0020Ω.dm2/片。
