背景技术
高压铁塔由于带有高压电，因此，非常危险，而且有些时候，却无法阻止有些人爬到高压铁塔。因此，设计一种爬梯防爬装置就非常必要。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型设计了一种高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，能够避免有些人顺着防爬爬到高压铁塔上，结构简单、便于安装、操作方便，提高了高压铁塔的安全性。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，包括框体，所述框体的左右两边向后延伸，横截面为凵形结构，所述框体的上下两侧设有固定孔，所述固定孔通过固定螺栓固定在高压铁塔爬梯上；所述框体上固定有门罩，所述门罩的一侧通过铰链与所述框体铰接，所述门罩的另一侧通过固定锁与所述框体锁合，当需要爬行使用时，开启三角固定锁即可，不使用，将三角固定锁锁住即可。
其中，位于上侧的所述固定孔通过J螺栓和螺母固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上；位于下侧的所述固定孔通过U螺栓7和螺母固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上。
更进一步地，所述U螺栓上还设有螺栓挡板。
进一步地，所述框体为冷轧钢板，冲压折弯成型。
另外，所述J螺栓通过滑块固定所述铁塔爬梯的角钢上。
本实用新型的优点在于：能够避免有些人顺着防爬爬到高压铁塔上，结构简单、便于安装、操作方便，提高了高压铁塔的安全性。

如图1-2所示，一种高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，包括不锈钢框体1，所述框体1的左右两边向后延伸，横截面为凵形结构，所述框体1的上下两侧设有固定孔，所述固定孔通过固定螺栓固定在高压铁塔爬梯上；所述框体1上固定有不锈钢门罩2，所述门罩2为平板结构，所述门罩2的一侧通过两个铝合金铰链3与所述框体1铰接，所述门罩2的另一侧通过三角固定锁4与所述框体1锁合，当需要爬行使用时，开启三角固定锁4即可，不使用，将三角固定锁4锁住即可。
其中，位于上侧的所述固定孔通过M8不锈钢J螺栓5和M8不锈钢带盖螺母6固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上；位于下侧的所述固定孔通过M6不锈钢U螺栓7和M6不锈钢带盖螺母8固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上；另外，所述M6不锈钢U螺栓7上还设有不锈钢U螺栓挡板9。
所述框体1和门罩2为冷轧钢板3.0厚，冲压折弯成型。
另外，所述M6不锈钢J螺栓5通过滑块固定所述铁塔爬梯的角钢上。
使用时，先将两个滑块分别套入铁塔爬梯角钢中，然后通过M6内六角螺栓与防护板紧固连接成一体，把防护板向上推到位后再将固定M8内六角螺丝锁紧，此时上下不能移动安装完毕。操作时，准备一把8mm内六角扳手拆下爬梯防护罩下方的固定锁紧M8的内六角螺丝缓慢的拉下爬梯防护罩到位（上下行程是80cm），工作人员可通过脚踩爬梯防护罩上4个小孔很容易攀爬，下来后再将爬梯防护罩向上推到为后，固定锁紧内六角螺丝操作完成。

1.高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，其特征在于：包括框体，所述框体的左右两边向后延伸，横截面为凵形结构，所述框体的上下两侧设有固定孔，所述固定孔通过固定螺栓固定在高压铁塔爬梯上；所述框体上固定有门罩，所述门罩的一侧通过铰链与所述框体铰接，所述门罩的另一侧通过固定锁与所述框体锁合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，其特征在于：位于上侧的所述固定孔通过J螺栓和螺母固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上；位于下侧的所述固定孔通过U螺栓7和螺母固定在所述高压铁塔爬梯上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，其特征在于：所述U螺栓上还设有螺栓挡板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高压铁塔爬梯防爬护罩，其特征在于：所述J螺栓固定所述铁塔爬梯的角钢上。
