Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following will explain in detail each embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that in various embodiments of the invention, numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to an adhesive tape, as shown in fig. 3, which includes a first base material 4 and a second base material; wherein, the first substrate 4 has a tearing position; the second substrate comprises an adhesive part 5-1 and a handle part 5-2 formed by extending and folding the adhesive part 5-1; the first base material 4 is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the bonding part 5-1 is provided with a third surface and a fourth surface which are opposite, and the third surface and the fourth surface are both coated with adhesive; the first surface is adhered to the third surface, and the first base material 4 is adhered to the handle part 5-2 through the back adhesive 6.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first surface and the grip portion 5-2 are adhered by the back adhesive 6. Therefore, when the first base material 4 is torn off, due to the fact that the first surface is adhered to the handle portion 5-2, the pulling force of the outside on the first base material 4 can generate acting force on the handle portion 5-2, and then the handle portion 5-2 is driven to be turned over towards the pulling force direction.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the tearing position of the first substrate 4 may be tapered, which facilitates the tearing of the first substrate 4 due to the tapered shape having a sharp corner. However, the present embodiment should not be limited thereto, and the tear position of the first base material 4 may have another shape.
In the actual process of manufacturing the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is generally manufactured by coating adhesive on the substrate, and the thickness of the substrate, the material of the substrate, and the material of the coating layer on the substrate are selected according to the application of the adhesive tape. In order to avoid the above situation, in the present embodiment, a fourth base material (not shown) is adhered to the surface of the first base material 4, so that the adhesive tape is not easily torn off during the detachment process, and the adhesive tape is not easily detached.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first substrate 4 may be a release paper or a release film.
In addition, the thickness of the second base material is not less than 0.1mm, so that the second base material can be prevented from being broken in the tearing process, and partial residue of the second base material in the whole machine can be avoided.
In order to explain the method for removing the silk screen on the adhesive tape, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to remove the adhesive tape by a correct removing method, in the embodiment, the adhesive tape further comprises a silk screen layer (not shown in the figure) arranged at the tearing position of the first base material 4.
It is noted that, in the present embodiment, the adhesive tape further includes a third substrate (not shown in the figure) adhered to the fourth surface. Therefore, the third substrate can protect the fourth surface and avoid damage caused by dust entering the fourth surface.
In the process of using the adhesive tape in the whole machine, the third base material can be torn off from the bonding part 5-1, then the adhesive tape is placed in the shell 2, when a battery needs to be installed, the handle part 5-2 can be driven to be folded towards the direction of tearing the first base material 4 in the process of tearing off the first base material 4, and after the first base material 4 is torn off, the battery can be placed at the position of the bonding part 5-1, so that the fixation of the battery in the whole machine is realized. See figure 4 in particular.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model discloses an embodiment passes through the gum with the handle portion of folding formation and pastes through first substrate, can avoid the sticky tape to advance the damage that the ash leads to like this, and in the use, tears first substrate and can with handle portion automatic recovery to 90 degrees positions, the battery can directly paste with bonding portion like this for the use of sticky tape is convenient more, swift.
The second embodiment of the present invention relates to an adhesive tape. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in the first embodiment, the first surface and the grip portion are adhered by a back adhesive. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the second surface is adhered to the handle portion by a back adhesive. The handle portion can be that first substrate reverse folding 180 degrees formed, and the second surface is located between bonding portion and the handle portion, and when tearing off first substrate, because the pasting of first surface and handle portion, the external pulling force to first substrate can produce the effort to handle portion to drive handle portion and turn over in the direction of pulling force.
The third embodiment of the present invention relates to an adhesive tape. The third embodiment is an improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are as follows: in order to facilitate holding and make the detachment of the adhesive tape easier, the handle portion may be U-shaped, and the bonding portion is formed by extending the end of the handle portion outwards.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in its practical application.
