[0002]电动汽车用驱动电机系统作为节能与新能源汽车的核心部件,其可靠性对电动汽 车整车性能具有重要的影响。传统的汽车动力传动系统可靠性试验台架主要应用于发动 机、变速器、离合器、传动轴等部件及总成的测试,其可靠性评定方法、指标及目的与电动汽 车用驱动电机系统可靠性有较大的区别;其动力吸收装置以电涡流测功机为主,无法实现 反拖/借助附加电机驱动系统才能够实现反拖,无法满足被试驱动电机系统工作电压可变、 持续回馈转矩试验的要求,而且其运行过程中的能量全部靠水带走,资源浪费严重。 实用新型内容

[0045]如图9所示,扭矩校正装置包括力矩盘14、第一力矩杆13、第二力矩杆15、吊杆16和 砝码I7,所述力矩盘14的两侧对称设有第一力矩杆I3和第二力矩杆15,所述第一力矩杆13 和第二力矩杆15的末端分别铰接设有一个吊杆I6,所述吊杆16上设有能够取下的砝码17。 [0046] 扭矩校正时将锁轴机构37的销轴373由两边向中心插入,使销轴373恰好卡入到输 出法兰35上的齿槽内,然后将扭矩校正装置的力矩盘14固定在输出法兰35的端面上,与输 出法兰35同轴,使用螺栓固定,采用游标卡尺测量扭矩校正装置两侧力矩杆的高度,高度偏 差不超过1mm,保证扭矩校正装置水平;扭矩校正装置两侧挂砝码17托盘并稳定之后,配合 台架测控系统,校正扭矩仪零位;砝码17托盘一侧挂满砝码17后,配合测控系统,校正扭矩 仪正向满量程并记录,同法,校正扭矩仪反向满量程并记录。
