背景技术
石油是存储于油层孔隙之中的流体物质,目前主要通过石油在油层孔隙的渗透作用将石油开采出来。随着石油的不断开采,油层孔隙的堵塞,导致油层的渗透率逐渐降低,使得油井石油产量不断降低。为了提高油井石油产量,通常使用油层水力压裂技术在油层中形成一条或几条裂缝,以提高油层的渗透率,进而使油井产量提高。油层水力压裂技术是在地面通过压裂泵将液体以大于油层吸收能力的速度向油层注入,使井筒压力逐渐增高,当压力增高到大于油层破裂所需要的压力时,油层就会形成一条或几条裂缝,进而提高油层的渗透率。压裂泵是通过其压裂泵液力端输入液体,所以压裂泵液力端在压裂泵压裂过程中十分重要。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动卸杆压裂泵用液力端,采用钻入岩体注油的方式,注油效果更好,同时具有钻杆自动卸压功能。

一种自动卸杆压裂泵用液力端,包括有液力盘,液力盘上开有两个安装孔,安装孔内分别通过轴承安装有钻杆,钻杆内开有注油孔道,两个钻杆后部分别安装有同步带轮,同步带轮通过同步带与驱动机构传动连接,两个钻杆前部分别滑动套装有卸压板,卸压板与液力盘之间设有卸压弹簧。
所述的注油孔道内安装有单向阀。
本实用新型通过两个钻杆通过同步带和同步带轮配合使用,使得两个钻杆同步向岩体进行钻孔作业,卸压弹簧受到挤压收缩,钻入指定深度后进行高压注油压裂作业,卸杆时利用卸压弹簧的弹力,达到卸杆省力方便和调整更加精确,提高了压裂工作效率。
