Abstract

本实用新型的一种新型踏步机，包括底座和踏板，所述底座上端面设有起伏的滑轨，所述滑轨至少设有位于同一水平面上且起伏相同的两组，每组都设有回位件；所述踏板下端枢接滚轮，所述踏板下端面两端分别固接拉伸弹簧，所述拉伸弹簧下端固接在底座两侧；所述滚轮支撑踏板并通过拉伸弹簧带动踏板沿预定滑轨作循环起伏运动。本实用新型的踏步机结构简单，安装、拆卸方便，可以有效提高运动强度的左右摆臂型踏步机。

一种新型踏步机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及健身器材，具体涉及一种踏步机。
背景技术
踏步机是当前常见的健身器材。正常踏步走的踏步机主要是适合一些不能进行大运动量的人群，尤其是老年人；而左右摆臂型踏步机实现了跑步时进行的摆臂动作，相对正常踏步走的提升了健身者运动的强度，增强了多层面的全身扭动，有效锻炼下半身、上半身，包括腹部和心脏部位，有效增强心肺功能，能减少腹部、腰部、臀部和腿部的赘肉，利于塑造上翘的臀部、修长的大腿和美好的体型。现有的左右摆臂型的踏步机包括底座以及与底座联动的踏板，但是这种左右摆臂踏步机的联动件的结构较为复杂，因此踏步机相对会比较重、体积也较大，且在使用前安装费时费力，不利于搬运且摆放时较占空间，不利于踏步机的推广应用。
发明内容
为解决现有设计存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，安装、拆卸方便，可以有效提高运动强度的左右摆臂型踏步机。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的一种新型踏步机，包括底座和踏板，所述底座上端面设有起伏的滑轨，所述滑轨至少设有位于同一水平面上且起伏相同的两组，每组都设有回位件；所述踏板下端枢接滚轮，所述踏板下端面两端分别固接拉伸弹簧，所述拉伸弹簧下端固接在底座两侧；所述滚轮支撑踏板并通过拉伸弹簧带动踏板沿预定滑轨作循环起伏运动。
优选方案为：所述滑轨设有两组，每组滑轨呈山型，所述踏板作起伏运动时其两端曲向呈相对错动。
优选方案为：所述山型中部为最高点，在最高点预留挡块作为回位件，在山型两端端部呈上坡状。
优选方案为：拉伸弹簧对称设置在山型的两端，并设置在两组滑轨的中线上。
优选方案为：两组滑轨的中线上设置槽孔；拉伸弹簧下端穿过槽孔并固定在底座的底面。
优选方案为：所述拉伸弹簧通过定位销固连在踏板和底座上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：
一，采用了拉伸弹簧连接踏板和底座，结合左右起伏的滑轨，使得踏板和底座连接结构非简单，占用空间小，且易于拆卸和安装，适于推广；在具体使用效果上，一方面有效利用拉伸弹簧开卷的阻力提升健身强度，另一方面又可以利用拉伸弹簧的自动回复力将滑出的踏板的往回拉，使健身者循环起伏更容易实现，促使健身者既能轻松实现踏步机的循环起伏运动，也能够同步增强脚踏板的健身强度。
二，因拉伸弹簧具有拉开极限，本结构中利用该特性限定了滚轮和踏板的运动范围，提升了健身者的运动安全。
三，滑轨设为山型，且中部设置最高，两端端部呈上坡状，健身者在加强健身将滑板一侧滑至最高点时，可舒适放松着力等待滑板利用惯性力滑向最低点，此时，惯性力会使得滚轮自动爬坡；更为重要的是，本实用新型还可以利用端部上坡后下坡的惯性力助力健身者爬坡，当然，此时另一侧的拉伸弹簧的拉力也是带动滑板爬坡的助力。
四，拉伸弹簧下端穿过槽孔固定在底座底面，提升了脚踏板的稳定性和安全性。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
实施例：
如图1-5所示，本实用新型的踏步机，包括底座9和可以在底座上左右起伏滑动的踏板3，底座9上端面设有左右起伏的滑轨10，滑轨10设有相同的两组，两组滑轨位于同一水平面上，且每组滑轨上的起伏都是并列相同的，每组滑轨在顶端端部和两侧端部都设有回位件；踏板3呈方形，其四个角下端枢接有四个滚轮5，滚轮5支撑并带动踏板3沿着预定的滑轨作循环起伏运动。
其中，设置的两组滑轨10，每组都呈山型，滑轨山型中部比两侧高，在山型两端端部呈上坡状。每组滑轨两侧起伏呈相对状，滑轨在中部最高部位断开不相连，断开部位自动形成的挡块11为回位件，以止住滚轮5滑向滑轨另外一侧。踏板3以两W状滑轨中部最高位置为对称线，两侧对称设置，两侧的四个滚轮5也分别对称设置。
拉伸弹簧对称设置在山型滑轨两侧，分为左拉伸弹簧8a、右拉伸弹簧8b，均设置在两组滑轨（10）的中线上。在底座9上的两组滑轨10的中线位置，设置有两个槽孔12，两槽孔12对称设置在山型的两端，左拉伸弹簧8a、右拉伸弹簧8b下端分别穿过两侧的槽孔12，通过定位销固定在底座9底部。左拉伸弹簧8a、右拉伸弹簧8b上端分别对称固接在踏板3的两侧的底部。
滚轮5支撑踏板3并通过拉伸弹簧8a、8b带动踏板3沿预定滑轨10作循环起伏运动，其中，踏板3作起伏运动时两端曲向呈相对错动。
踏步机不使用时，踏板3停靠在挡块11上；使用时，健身者可使脚踏踏板3往左滑动，右拉伸弹簧8b自动通过开卷的阻力增加健身者的脚踏的强度，通过健身者脚上所使的劲道，带动踏板3左侧滚轮沿者左侧的滑轨往下溜坡后微爬坡，踏板右侧滚轮沿者右侧的滑轨微溜坡后往上怕坡；之后，在脚踏踏板3往右滑动时，左拉伸弹簧8a自动通过开卷的阻力增加健身者的脚踏的强度，并以此通过脚下的使用力实现左右起伏往复运动，达到全身的运动。

1.一种新型踏步机，包括底座（9）和踏板（3），其特征在于：所述底座（9）上端面设有起伏的滑轨（10），所述滑轨（10）至少设有位于同一水平面上且起伏相同的两组，每组都设有回位件；所述踏板（3）下端枢接滚轮（5），所述踏板（3）下端面两端分别固接拉伸弹簧（8a、8b），所述拉伸弹簧（8a、8b）下端固接在底座（9）两侧；所述滚轮（5）支撑踏板（3）并通过拉伸弹簧（8a、8b）带动踏板（3）沿预定滑轨（10）作循环起伏运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的踏步机，其特征在于：所述滑轨（10）设有两组，每组滑轨呈山型，所述踏板（3）作起伏运动时其两端曲向呈相对错动。
3.如权利要求2所述的踏步机，其特征在于：所述山型中部为最高点，在最高点预留挡块（11）作为回位件，在山型两端端部呈上坡状。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的踏步机，其特征在于：拉伸弹簧（8a、8b）对称设置在山型的两端，并设置在两组滑轨（10）的中线上。
5.如权利要求4所述的踏步机，其特征在于：两组滑轨的中线上设置槽孔（12）；拉伸弹簧（8a、8b）下端穿过槽孔（12）并固定在底座（9）的底面。
6.如权利要求1、2或5所述的踏步机，其特征在于：所述拉伸弹簧通过定位销（2）固连在踏板（3）和底座（9）上。
