蜜饯食品在生产制备过程中需要将果肉进行沥糖沥水，现有的技术常采用振动筛、或手动筛，而果渣等杂物筛出后，需要人工装袋移走，很不方便，工作效率低下。

本实用新型提供一种干燥速度快，沥糖沥水效率高、操作方便，提高生产效率的酵素生产用果蔬沥水装置。

一种酵素生产用果蔬沥水装置，包括支架、锥形漏斗，其特征在于：所述支架上端设有具有多个支撑柱，所述各个支撑柱上端套有弹簧，所述各个弹簧上端支撑锥形漏斗的各个拐角，所述锥形漏斗的侧壁上固定安装有震动器，所述支架的侧壁上固定安装有干燥箱，所述干燥箱的顶部连通有鼓风管，所述鼓风管的端部设有吹风头，所述干燥箱连接外界进风管。
所述锥形漏斗的底部铺设有漏网。
本实用新型在使用时，利用鼓风机进行鼓吹，干燥速度快，待沥水的果肉放到锥形漏斗中，打开漏斗侧壁上的震动器，这样在震动器的作用下沥水的效率得到提高，相比原有的自然沥干装置，速度得到加快。
