本实用新型的技术方案如图1所示，在种植土层5中挖种植穴，此种植穴应大于乔木6根的土球7，在种植穴下方的下层土层2中挖多个竖向的牛粪孔1，在土球下方的种植穴底部设置混有少量牛粪的种植土层3，土球7外为回填的种植土4，所述牛粪孔中还混有蚯蚓。所述牛粪不仅有较高的肥力，而且具有蓬松土壤的作用，改善土壤板结。由于在下层土层中设置牛粪孔，改善下层土透气性差的缺陷，改善蓄水功能，符合海绵城市的要求。
