背景技术
起重机上的链条一般在生产加工后都需要进行抛光打磨处理，并且一般在抛光打磨过程中都需要添加一些助剂，助剂的作用是为了提高链条整体的光洁度和防锈、防腐蚀效果，现有的抛光打磨方式不一，市场上一般的主要是抛光机为主，但是抛光机或是其他抛光装置可能抛光成本高、抛光复杂，并且抛光机或是抛光装置本身成本就是较高，为此，需要提供一种简单、方便的抛光装置。

本实用新型的目的针对现有技术中缺陷，为此，提供一种用于链条的抛光装置，该抛光装置抛光效果好，抛光装置结构简单、成本低，抛光方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种用于链条的抛光装置，包括抛光底座及设置在抛光底座上的抛光仓，抛光仓的两侧设置有圆轴连接到所述抛光底座的支架上，其中一圆轴的一端伸出支架并连接有转动电机，所述抛光仓设置成多边形，抛光仓的外表面设置有开口，开口处设置有活页连接在抛光仓表面的挡板，挡板上设置有连接到所述抛光仓表面的锁紧装置。
进一步地，所述抛光仓的内壁设置有若干半球形凸起。
进一步地，所述挡板的四周设置有密封垫。
进一步地，所述锁紧装置设置有3个，3个锁紧装置分别设置在挡板的四周。
有益效果：本实用新型的用于链条的抛光装置，该抛光装置抛光效果好，抛光装置结构简单、成本低，抛光方便，节省了人力、物力、生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种用于链条的抛光装置，包括抛光底座1及设置在抛光底座1上的抛光仓2，抛光仓2的两侧设置有圆轴21连接到抛光底座1的支架11上，其中一圆轴21的一端伸出支架11并连接有转动电机12，抛光仓2设置成多边形，抛光仓2的外表面设置有开口22，开口22处设置有活页连接在抛光仓2表面的挡板23，挡板23上设置有连接到抛光仓2表面的锁紧装置24。
为了增强整个装置的抛光效果，抛光仓2的内壁设置有若干半球形凸起25。
为了增加挡板设置在开口处的密闭性，在挡板23的四周设置有密封垫231。
为了增强锁紧装置的锁紧效果，一般锁紧装置24设置有3个，3个锁紧装置24分别设置在挡板的四周。
本实用新型的用于链条的抛光装置，该抛光装置抛光效果好，抛光装置结构简单、成本低，抛光方便，节省了人力、物力、生产成本。

2.如权利要求1所述的用于链条的抛光装置，其特征在于，所述抛光仓的内壁设置有若干半球形凸起。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于链条的抛光装置，其特征在于，所述挡板的四周设置有密封垫。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于链条的抛光装置，其特征在于，所述锁紧装置设置有3个，3个锁紧装置分别设置在挡板的四周。
