技术领域

山茶油是我国最古老的食用植物油之一，山茶油是由油茶籽经过压榨加工而得到的，物理压榨法能充分保持原料的原汁原味，保留各种营养成分，色、香、味齐全，无任何添加剂，不含溶剂残留和含皂量，是一种现代工艺与传统工艺相结合的绿色无污染的提取手段。油茶籽压榨制油工艺具有工艺简单，毛油质量好,节省能源，运行成本低和设备投资少，占地面积小等优点。 其中经压榨加工后的粗茶油里还含有大量的渣质，需要对其做过滤处理，以便于后续的加工操作。传统作坊中一般只对粗茶油做简单的过滤处理，其产品中其实还含有大量的悬浮物，这不仅影响了产品的质量，也影响了产品的纯度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足提供一种山茶油净化系统，它能有效净化山茶油中的杂质，同时保留各种营养成分，色、香、味齐全和提高山茶油的纯度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种山茶油净化系统，所述的净化系统包括粗茶油储存罐、粗茶油过滤器、盐水加料器、脱磷反应器、油水分离器、储水罐、储油罐，所述粗茶油储存罐出油管路下方有粗茶油过滤器，所述粗茶油过滤器出油管路下方有脱磷反应器，所述脱磷反应器右上方有盐水加料器，所述脱磷反应器出油管路下方油水分离器，所述油水分离器管路左下方有储水罐，所述油水分离器管路右下方有储油罐。
进一步，所述粗茶油储存罐出油管路上有第一阀门。
进一步，所述粗茶油过滤器上部有过滤网，所述粗茶油过滤器下部有过滤布。

实施例：如图1所示，种山茶油净化系统，所述的净化系统包括粗茶油储存罐1、粗茶油过滤器2、盐水加料器3、脱磷反应器4、油水分离器5、储水罐6、储油罐7，所述粗茶油储存罐1出油管路下方有粗茶油过滤器2，所述粗茶油过滤器2出油管路下方有脱磷反应器4，所述脱磷反应器4右上方有盐水加料器3，所述脱磷反应器4出油管路下方油水分离器5，所述油水分离器5管路左下方有储水罐6，所述油水分离器5管路右下方有储油罐7。
所述粗茶油储存罐1出油管路上有第一阀门8。
所述粗茶油过滤器2上部有过滤网2-1，所述粗茶油过滤器2下部有过滤布2-2。
所述盐水加料器3管路上有第二阀门9。
所述油水分离器5左下方为储水区5-1。
所述油水分离器5左下方出水管路上有第三阀门10，所述油水分离器5右下方出油管路上有第四阀门11。
使用时，打开第一阀门8粗茶油经管路流到粗茶油过滤装器2中，经过滤网2-1、过滤布2-2过滤掉大的杂质，然后进入脱磷反应器4，此时打开第二阀门盐水加料器将盐水加入到脱磷反应器中进行反应，以除去其中的磷脂、蛋白质、胶沾物质，接着经管路流到油水分离器5中静置一段时间，油水分层后，打开第三阀门10水经管路流入储水罐6，打开第四阀门11茶油层流入储油罐7，最后油层到达精制车间得到成品茶油。

所述油水分离器管路左下方有储水罐，所述油水分离器管路右下方有储油罐。
