技术领域
本实用新型涉及蒸发式冷凝器及空冷器设备,尤其是一种用于蒸发式冷凝器的快速试压固定装置。
背景技术
目前蒸发式冷却凝器及空冷器设备主要是采用焊接封头、试压法兰的型式对设备的管箱进行密封试压。试压后,封头和试压法兰仍需去除,会造成试压时间较长,影响生产线效率。封头和法兰的连接一般为焊接形式,连接封头和法兰需要焊接,去除封头和法兰需使用机械切割,存在焊接加工工作量大、效率低的缺陷。
鉴于上述原因,现有的蒸发式冷凝器及空冷器与试压设备的焊接式连接方式需要改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于蒸发式冷凝器的快速试压固定装置,解决了现有焊接技术连接工作量大和效率低的缺陷,降低了试压工作量,提升试压的效率,提升了密封垫的密封性,降低了试压的成本,提升了承压效果,避免了焊接和机械切割工作,提高设备接管的洁净度,提升了试压效率,左卡箍和右卡箍对密封垫挤压密封,提升了密封垫的密封性,拆卸方便,提高工作效率,结构简单,制造成本底。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种用于蒸发式冷凝器的快速试压固定装置,是由:试压接管、密封板、试压设备接管、试压接管环槽、设备接管、设备接管环槽、左卡箍、右卡箍、半圆形卡箍、翼板、通孔、半圆形凹槽、密封垫圈、紧固件构成;试压接管内的前端设置密封板,密封板的中心垂直设置试压设备接管,试压接管的后端与设备接管的前端对接设置,试压接管的后端外周设置试压接管环槽,设备接管的前端外周设置设备接管环槽,左卡箍和右卡箍的结构相同均为:半圆形卡箍的两端设置翼板,翼板中心设置通孔,半圆形卡箍内表面设置半圆形凹槽;试压接管与设备接管对接处的外周设置密封垫圈和左卡箍、右卡箍,密封垫圈包裹于试压接管与设备接管对接处的外周,左卡箍的半圆形卡箍内周两侧边缘与试压接管环槽、设备接管环槽对应吻合,右卡箍的半圆形卡箍内周两侧边缘与试压接管环槽、设备接管环槽对应吻合,左卡箍的半圆形卡箍和右卡箍的半圆形卡箍对接后构成整圆,左卡箍的半圆形凹槽和右卡箍的半圆形凹槽对接后构成圆形凹槽,密封垫圈设置于所述圆形凹槽内,左卡箍上下方的翼板与右卡箍上下方的翼板对应吻合,左卡箍和右卡箍的翼板的通孔内设置紧固件,使左卡箍和右卡箍将试压接管和设备接管卡紧后连为一体。
所述半圆形凹槽的截面为长方形或等腰梯形。
本实用新型和现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:本实用新型解决了现有焊接技术连接工作量大和效率低的缺陷,降低了试压工作量,提升试压的效率,提升了密封垫的密封性,降低了试压的成本,提升了承压效果。
