本实用新型涉及一种连铸二冷支承辊防积渣装置。
背景技术
钢水在结晶器内冷却形成初生坯壳后,进入二次冷却区,进一步冷却、凝固。二冷支承装置位于结晶器的下方,用于支承由结晶器拉出未完全凝固的连铸坯,同时引导连铸坯沿弧形线平稳移动。连铸生产时,连铸坯沿着支承辊运行过程中,其氧化铁皮不断脱落,部分氧化铁皮掉落在支承辊下面,这叫积渣,日积月累,将支承辊埋起来,造成支承辊运转不畅,连铸坯在不转的支承辊运行时容易划伤,划伤深度≥3mm时被判为废品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连铸二冷支承辊防积渣装置,能够及时清理支承辊处的氧化铁皮,确保支承辊正常运行。

连铸生产过程中,连铸坯的氧化铁皮不断掉落在支承辊下面,不断地被水冲走。停机检查支承辊下面都很干净,支承辊运转良好。连铸坯在支承辊运行划伤的问题得到解决。
