背景技术:
电网中开关的操作方式逐渐向遥控转变。遥控操作产生的巨大声响、震动以及可能产生的其他安全事故,会对现场工作人员造成不良影响。目前,遥控操作开关前,一般应由遥控操作人员拨打现场值班电话,现场值班人员再通知高压室内的工作人员。此过程步骤繁琐,效率低下。同时,当AVC系统遥控操作电容器开关时,则无法按照上述过程对现场工作人员进行提示。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种具有能够将遥控预置信息高效、准确、直接提示到现场,效率高、准确度高、提示范围广的遥控操作现场语音提示系统。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到:一种遥控操作现场语音提示系统,其包括调控中心内的监控工作站、变电站控制室内的远动机和站控交换机,其特征在于其还包括变电站控制室内的报文解析装置、各高压室的语音提示装置,变电站10kV高压室内和变电站35kV高压室内分别设有一个语音提示装置,所有10kV开关放置在变电站10kV高压室内,所有35kV开关放置在变电站35kV高压室内,远动机分别连接监控工作站和站控交换机,站控交换机连接报文解析装置,报文解析装置连接语音提示装置;其中,报文解析装置包括控制器、以太网卡和报文解析射频模块,以太网卡分别连接站控交换机和控制器,控制器连接报文解析射频模块;每个语音提示装置均包括扬声器、语音合成模块和语音提示射频模块,语音提示射频模块分别连接报文解析射频模块和语音合成模块,语音合成模块连接扬声器。
本实用新型同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:本实用新型效率高、准确度高、提示范围广,通过报文解析装置连接站控交换机,获取开关遥控预置报文,解析出开关遥控预置信息,并将开关遥控预置信息通过有线或无线通信方式发往所遥控预置开关所在高压室内的语音提示装置,所遥控预置开关所在高压室内的语音提示装置将开关遥控预置信息以语音形式播放,对现场工作人员提示即将进行的开关遥控操作。其具有:
1.提示过程效率高。本实用新型实现了不需要人工干预的遥控操作自动提示,改变了以往通过电话通知现场值班人员,然后由值班人员提示现场工作人员的工作方式,极大提高了遥控操作的工作效率。
2.提示准确、无疏漏。AVC自动装置遥控电容器开关过程中,监控值班人员无法对事先对现场工作人员进行提醒。本实用新型通过开关遥控预置报文获取开关遥控预置信息,包括AVC自动装置遥控电容器开关的遥控预置信息,提示更准确、无疏漏。
3.提示范围灵活。本实用新型中的报文解析装置可以有选择的将开关预置信息发往所预置开关所在高压室内的语音提示装置,使语音提示装置只播放所在高压室相关的开关遥控预置信息,避免无关遥控操作干扰现场人员工作。

实施例:一种遥控操作现场语音提示系统(参见图1),其包括已有的调控中心内的监控工作站1、变电站控制室内的远动机2和站控交换机3以及本实用新型提出的变电站控制室内的报文解析装置4、各高压室的语音提示装置5。高压室包含10kV和35kV两个电压等级,变电站10kV高压室内和变电站35kV高压室内分别设有一个语音提示装置5,所有10kV开关放置在变电站10kV高压室内,所有35kV开关放置在变电站35kV高压室内,远动机2分别连接监控工作站1和站控交换机3,站控交换机3连接报文解析装置4,报文解析装置4无线连接语音提示装置5。其中,报文解析装置4包括控制器4-1、以太网卡4-2和报文解析射频模块4-3,以太网卡4-2分别连接站控交换机3和控制器4-1,控制器4-1连接报文解析射频模块4-3。每个语音提示装置5均包括扬声器5-1、语音合成模块5-2和语音提示射频模块5-3,语音提示射频模块5-3分别连接报文解析射频模块4-3和语音合成模块5-2,语音合成模块5-2连接扬声器5-1。
监控工作站1将所需遥控的开关的开关遥控预置报文发送到变电站控制室内的远动机2,远动机2将从调控中心发来的包括开关遥控预置报文的所有报文,转发至站控交换机3;站控交换机3开启端口镜像,将所有流经远动机端口的报文被镜像至报文解析装置4端口;报文解析装置4的以太网卡4-2捕获包括开关遥控预置报文在内的所有流经报文解析装置端口的网络报文;报文解析装置4的控制器4-1过滤出开关遥控预置报文,解析出操作类型、所遥控预置开关的名称编号并设定所遥控预置开关所在高压室内的语音提示装置为目标语音提示装置;报文解析装置4的控制器4-1将解析出的操作类型、所遥控预置开关的名称编号,以文本形式,通过报文解析射频模块4-3发往目标语音提示装置5的语音提示射频模块5-3;语音提示装置5中的语音合成模块5-2将接受到的文本信息转换为语音信号并通过扬声器5-1播放。
