背景技术
现有的夜光板，大都是丝印，或者贴反光膜，这些夜光板存在以下缺点：1)丝印需要制版，制版所需成本非常高，因此只适合于大批量制作，不适合小批量生产；2)丝印不环保；3)对于反光膜类型的夜光八，需要购买反光膜，在膜上印刷，然后模切，再贴到板上，因此制作成本居高不下。因此，目前需要一种既能控制成本，又能方便制作，并且节能环保性好的夜光板。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足，提供一种无需印刷制版的蓄光夜光板，能够解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种蓄光夜光板，其特征在于：包括ABS透明塑料基层、蓄光夜光膜层、遮光涂层，所述蓄光夜光膜层粘贴于ABS透明塑料基层的背面，所述遮光涂层设置于ABS透明塑料基层的正面，所述遮光涂层上雕刻有文字和/或图案，雕刻的文字和/或图案深入ABS透明塑料基层中。
本实用新型的蓄光夜光板的蓄光夜光模层白天蓄光，晚上自发光，由于采用透明的ABS塑料基层，并且雕刻的文字和/或图案无遮光涂层遮光，因此在夜晚便可形成夜光文字和/或图案。所述文字和/或图案采用激光雕刻或者数码雕刻形成。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：1)基层材料为ABS塑料，ABS塑料环保无毒，强度高，雕刻不黏刀，耐腐蚀，防水性和防晒性好，成本低廉。
2)由于在制作时只需要雕刻，所以一片也能做，方便小批量生产。
3)由于白天蓄光，晚上发光，具有良好的环保节能性。
