背景技术 在机械部件连接结构中,常常需要用到盖板将连接件密封,其通过盖板的密封腔进行密封,但是由于密封腔内有压力,实际装配过程中,该压力会阻碍装配,装配后的盖板内长期存有压力,也会缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种盖板的减压结构,其结构简单,可有效进行减压,延长使用寿命。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括设有密封腔的盖板本体,其特征在于:所述盖板本体底部内壁设有凸起,且所述盖板本体的侧壁上开有迷宫结构。
其进一步特征在于,所述盖板本体的侧壁上的迷宫结构至少有两个。
本实用新型的有益效果是,通过在盖板本体底部内壁设有凸起,则在装配中,凸起可起到有效缓冲作用,避免在高压状态中强行装配,且盖板本体的侧壁上开有迷宫结构,则在装配中,压缩的空气可通过迷宫结构有效排出,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括设有密封腔4的盖板本体1,盖板本体1底部内壁设有凸起2,则在装配中,凸起2可起到有效缓冲作用,避免在高压状态中强行装配,且盖板本体1的侧壁上开有两个连通外部的迷宫结构3,跟根据情况,将迷宫结构3开在盖板本体1的侧壁的同一侧或是不同侧,则在装配中,压缩的空气可通过迷宫结构3排出,有效减压,提高了使用寿命。

1.一种盖板的减压结构,其包括设有密封腔的盖板本体,其特征在于:所述盖板本体底部内壁设有凸起,且所述盖板本体的侧壁上开有迷宫结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种盖板的减压结构,其特征在于,所述盖板本体的侧壁上的迷宫结构至少有两个。
