目前，服装店或服装批发市场常用的服装挂架架款式多样，形状多样，有很多优美的弯曲形挂架，而现在制作弯曲形挂架，多为人工手动制作，生产时间较长，同一批的弯曲支架的弯曲度也会有较大误差，质量也会十分不稳定，手工生产时间较长，不能够实现大量生产，因此，现在市面上的弯曲形挂架价格较贵，不利于这种类型的服装挂架的推广使用。
因此，现有技术存在不足，有待于改进和发展。

本实用新型的旨在在于针对上述现有技术中的弯曲服装挂件手工生产中存在的生产周期长，生产效率低，质量不稳定等的缺点，提供了一种能够旋转的服装架折弯装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下，包括：
机架，固定在机架上的折弯上模，上模下方设有与之对应的下膜，所述的下膜上设有多条折弯槽，下模的内部设有永磁体和加热棒。
进一步的，所述永磁体为条形，与折弯槽垂直设置在多个折弯槽的底部。
进一步的，所述永磁体为稀土永磁体。
进一步的，所述加热棒有多条，沿折弯槽方形设置，且一条加热棒对应一个折弯槽。
本实用新型所述的服装架折弯装置，其优点在于：通过设置下膜设置的多个折弯槽，同时放入多个产品，一次完成多个产品的折弯，提高成产效率，同时利用模具加热折弯使产品质量稳定一致，且加热过程中可消除折弯时产生的应力，使产品不易变形，形状稳定，且其结构简单，外观新颖，成本较低，具有加好的市场前景。

机架10，固定在机架上的折弯上模30，上模30下方设有与之对应的下膜20，所述的下膜20上设有多条折弯槽21，下模20的内部设有永磁体22和加热棒23。
进一步的，所述永磁体22为条形，与折弯槽垂直设置在多个折弯槽21的底部。
进一步的，所述永磁体22为稀土永磁体。
进一步的，所述加热棒23有多条，沿折弯槽方形设置，且一条加热棒对应一个折弯槽。
通过将产品放入下膜20中，通过永磁体22固定起来，上模压下，使其产品成型，通过加热棒23消除产品折完后的应力，使产品不易变形。
综上所述本实用新型的所提供的一种服装架折弯装置，其通过设置在机架，固定在机架上的折弯上模10，上模10下方设有与之对应的下膜20，来使产品折弯成型，其优点在于：通过设置下膜设置的多个折弯槽，同时放入多个产品，一次完成多个产品的折弯，提高成产效率，同时利用模具加热折弯使产品质量稳定一致，且加热过程中可消除折弯时产生的应力，使产品不易变形，形状稳定，且其结构简单，外观新颖，成本较低，具有加好的市场前景。
