背景技术
随着膜技术的发展,越来越多的膜分离技术被应用于水处理行业中,按膜的形状来分,膜可分为平板膜、中空纤维膜、卷式膜、管式膜等,从过滤精度来分,可分为微滤膜、超滤膜、纳滤膜和RO膜。我国生产的管式膜,多数由无纺布和胶粘剂组成支撑骨架,存在有强度低、易变形、膜与骨架结合强度低、易破损和剥离的缺点。

针对现有技术中的问题,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种管式微滤膜。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种管式微滤膜,包括支撑骨架和设置在支撑骨架表面的微滤膜层,所述支撑骨架表面有若干锚孔,所述微滤膜层上有若干锚,所述锚深入至锚孔内。
进一步,所述支撑骨架为多孔结构,所述锚孔通过多孔结构相贯穿。
进一步,所述锚孔的孔径为10~30微米。
进一步,所述支撑骨架为烧结而成的支撑骨架。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过支撑骨架和膜层之间增加锚和锚孔的结构,提高了膜层和支撑骨架之间的结合力,使得本实用新型具有强度高、不宜破损和剥离强度高的特点。
