Abstract
一种验布机，属于纺织机械设备领域；针对现有的验布机不能同时具备去油、加湿、去绒和冷却功能的问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、能够实现以上多种功能的验布机；包括机架、上料辊和收料辊，验布板倾斜设置在机架上，布料经过上料辊、导辊和至少1个导向辊，平铺并经过验布板，最后经收料辊收卷；所述上料辊与导辊之间设置一对刷辊，对称设置在布料两面；所述刷辊上部设置喷头，喷头由管路连接至液体泵；本实用新型结构简单，功能丰富，实用可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种纺织机械，具体涉及一种验布机。
背景技术
验布机是服装行业生产前对棉、毛、麻、丝绸、化纤等特大幅面、双幅和单幅布进行检测的一套必备的专用设备；有些布料在验布之前需要对布匹进行去油和加湿。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，同时能够去油、加湿兼具一定冷却和去绒功能的验布机。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种验布机，包括机架、上料辊和收料辊，验布板倾斜设置在机架上，布料经过上料辊、导辊和至少1个导向辊，平铺并经过验布板，最后经收料辊收卷；所述上料辊与导辊之间设置一对刷辊，对称设置在布料两面；所述刷辊上部设置喷头，喷头由管路连接至液体泵。
进一步的，所述液体泵为2个，分别抽取去油剂和水，所述喷头为2组，分别连接至2个液体泵。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
（1）结构简单，实现去油功能；
（2）可用于加湿；
（3）加湿过程中，可实现对布料的冷却；
（4）刷辊具有一定去绒能力，同时，在潮湿状态下去绒，减少绒及灰尘的漂浮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1所示的一种验布机，包括机架1、上料辊2和收料辊3，验布板4倾斜设置在机架1上，布料经过上料辊2、导辊5和至少1个导向辊6，平铺并经过验布板4，最后经收料辊3收卷；所述上料辊2与导辊5之间设置一对刷辊7，对称设置在布料两面；所述刷辊7上部设置喷头9，喷头9由管路连接至液体泵8。
所述液体泵8为2个，分别抽取去油剂和水，所述喷头9为2组，分别连接至2个液体泵8。
在验布过程中，刷辊7接收喷头9所喷淋的去油剂或水，或二者同时喷淋，能够对布料表面去油、加湿、去绒和冷却。

1.一种验布机，其特征是：包括机架（1）、上料辊（2）和收料辊（3），验布板（4）倾斜设置在机架（1）上，布料经过上料辊（2）、导辊（5）和至少1个导向辊（6），平铺并经过验布板（4），最后经收料辊（3）收卷；所述上料辊（2）与导辊（5）之间设置一对刷辊（7），对称设置在布料两面；所述刷辊（7）上部设置喷头（9），喷头（9）由管路连接至液体泵（8）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种验布机，其特征是：所述液体泵（8）为2个，分别抽取去油剂和水，所述喷头（9）为2组，分别连接至2个液体泵（8）。
