技术领域： 本实用新型属于电工机械设备技术领域，具体涉及一种带有内涨式槽楔整形功能的机械手涨爪整形装置。
背景技术：目前，电工机械自动生产线中的机械手只能搬运和转移定子，不具有定子槽楔整形功能，要想达到槽楔整形，必须增加相关专用设备才能达到要求，其缺点一是生产成本高，二是生产效率低。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，生产效率高，具有槽楔整形功能的机械手涨爪整形装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种机械手涨爪整形装置，其特征是：锥形涨轴两端分别设有上、下内压紧圈，上、下外压紧圈通过紧定螺钉分别与装有压簧的上、下内压紧圈连接，并通过在整形芯圆周上均布设有的多个槽内的涨条卡紧。
由于采用上述技术方案，使用时，锥形涨轴在外界动力的作用下在整形芯内上下移动，同时撑开涨条向外移动，对槽楔进行整形，涨条下端凸台与定子下端面配合达到搬运和转移定子的功能，因而具有结构简单，生产效率高，具有槽楔整形功能的优点。
