本实用新型属于电机装配领域，具体是一种定子粘磁钢装置。
背景技术
磁钢通过粘结剂粘接在定子外壳上，现有的定子粘磁钢装置无法调节粘接力的大小，而且粘接操作也十分不便，每次只能粘接一个定子，工作效率不高。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种定子粘磁钢装置，包括支架，所述支架上设置轴承座、轴芯和圆锥滚针轴承，所述轴芯底部用压板压在圆锥滚针轴承上，所述轴芯上设有工作台板，工作台板上设有四个三爪卡盘，每个卡爪上连接有粘磁钢芯。
本实用新型的定子粘磁钢装置结构简单，操作方便，能够调节粘接力的大小，且能流水操作，提供了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型的定子粘磁钢装置，包括支架1，支架1上设置轴承座2、轴芯3和圆锥滚针轴承4，轴芯3底部用压板5压在圆锥滚针轴承4，轴芯3上设有工作台板6，工作台板6上设有四个三爪卡盘7，每个卡爪上连接有粘磁钢芯8。
使用该定子粘磁钢装置时，先将机壳9套在粘磁钢芯8上，然后把外侧涂有粘结剂的磁钢10插入机壳9和粘磁钢芯8之间的缝隙中，通过三爪卡盘7调节磁钢10和机壳9之间粘接力的大小，工作台板可以转动，在粘完一个定子后，可以转动90o，把之前粘结完的定子取出，再粘结下一个定子。

1.一种定子粘磁钢装置，包括支架（1），所述支架（1）上设置轴承座（2）、轴芯（3）和圆锥滚针轴承（4），所述轴芯（3）底部用压板（5）压在圆锥滚针轴承（4）上，其特征在于：所述轴芯（3）上设有工作台板（6），工作台板（6）上设有四个三爪卡盘（7），每个卡爪上连接有粘磁钢芯（8）。
