背景技术
现有技术中，胶管接头通过采用60°硬密封形式，结构元件包括：螺帽、外锥体、内锥体，此种硬密封结构外锥体与内锥体依靠施加在螺帽上的拧紧力矩实现锁紧。在锁紧过程中，外锥面与内锥面逐渐贴合，贴合后产生位移过盈，使两锥表面的峰谷之间相互交错融合，达到密封效果。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种60度锥面胶管接头双密封结构，采用双密封结构，即使60度锥面有点缺陷，由于有密封件作用，不会使油液渗漏。

一种60度锥面胶管接头双密封结构，包括有内锥体、外锥体、螺帽，内锥体端面与外锥体外锥面、螺帽内壁之间形成密封槽，外锥体的外锥面上开有环形凹槽，环形凹槽内放置有密封件，外锥体的外锥面与内锥体的内锥面实现密封。
所述的密封件为O型密封圈。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益技术效果如下：
（1）采用双密封结构，即使60度锥面有点缺陷，由于有密封件作用，不会使油液渗漏；
（2）软密封结构的密封性好，不易漏油，拧紧扭矩可以减小，通过验证，可以比硬密封结构减小三分之一到一半。装配时即少拧螺纹圈数又节省体力；
（3）在管路总成接头出现漏油需维修时，只需要更换密封件，不用更换管路总成，大大减少维修成本，提高维修效率。

本实用新型的双密封在硬密封结构基础上外锥面开有凹槽，安装有密封件，能实现对外锥面与内锥面之间的缝隙填补进行密封，从而实现双重密封，提高密封效果。
