技术领域
本实用新型涉及液压油缸缸筒生产过程辅助设备技术领域，特别提供了一种液压油缸缸筒专用吊具。
背景技术
液压油缸缸筒在进行调质过程中，先要在加热炉中加热至800～1000度，然后在水或油中冷却，用此种方法提高材料的力学性能。缸筒在加热后吊装比较困难，因为工件此时温度几百度，不能接近，必须采用特定的方法。另外，缸筒在平时放置以及加热时处于水平放置，而冷却过程中，必须垂直进入水或油中，若水平进入，会导致缸筒材料变形发生弯曲。目前多数采用在缸筒端部焊接吊环形式，进行吊装，此种方法有如下问题：1、需要调质前先焊接，调质后去除吊环，工序繁琐，浪费人力；2、焊接处为保持原有缸筒材料不受焊接影响需要预留更多的加工量，调质后的材料强度、硬度大幅度增加，不易加工，加剧刀具磨损，延长加工时间，增加成本；3、所焊接的吊环需要与工件一同进加热炉，加热后吊装过程受力，变形严重，通常在使用几次后就要进行更换。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，既能实现缸筒的水平吊装，也能实现缸筒的垂直吊装，适合于缸筒在生产过程中不同工艺的需要。
本实用新型是这样实现的，提供一种液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，包括吊环、吊链和吊叉，吊链设有三条，吊叉为“山”字形，由三个横担和连接三个横担的一个连接杆组成，吊叉开放端两边横担两个自由端端头上分别设有连接环、吊叉封闭端连接杆中心的位置上设有吊钩，三条吊链有一端均套接在所述吊环上，两条吊链的另外一端分别固定套接在两个连接环上，第三条吊链的另外一端用端部的圆环勾住吊钩。
进一步地，“山”字形吊叉的三个横担互相平行，且中间横担的长度长于两边横担的长度。
进一步地，吊叉两边的横担长度为1.5～1.8米，中间横担的长度为1.8～2.1米。

3、与焊接吊环方式比较减少了工序，避免了人力成本浪费。

为了解决液压油缸缸筒在调质过程中方向的快捷转变以及减少此过程中的人力物力，本实用新型提供了一种液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，参考图1，包括吊环3、吊链2和吊叉1，吊链2设有三条，吊叉1为“山”字形，由三个横担和连接三个横担的一个连接杆组成，吊叉1开放端两边横担两个自由端端头上分别设有连接环6、吊叉1封闭端连接杆中心的位置上设有吊钩5，三条吊链2有一端均套接在吊环3上，两条吊链2的另外一端分别固定套接在两个连接环6上，第三条吊链2的另外一端用端部的圆环勾住所述吊钩5。
在缸筒调质过程中，整个吊具悬挂与航吊或其他吊车吊勾上，下部对缸筒进行起吊，在加热炉中时吊叉1水平，缸筒也呈水平状态吊在吊叉1上，把缸筒从加热炉中取出后，将缸筒放置于地面，吊具下移使吊链处于松弛状态，吊钩5连接的吊链2受重力作用自然脱离吊钩5，人工将吊链2拨开，使吊链2远离吊钩5。再次起吊时，吊叉1封闭端向下摆动，缸筒随之变为竖直状态，再将缸筒浸入到水和油中冷却，完成调质过程。
为了使缸筒在调转方向的过程中，不会被甩出吊叉1，作为一种技术方案的改进，“山”字形吊叉1的三个横担互相平行，且中间横担的长度长于两边横担的长度。
优选，吊叉1两边的横担长度为1.5～1.8米，中间横担的长度为1.8～2.1米。
为了使缸筒在调转方向的过程中，不会被甩出吊叉1，作为另一种技术方案的改进，“山”字形吊叉1三条横担互相平行，中间横担自由端端部设有直径大于中间横担剖面直径的突出，形成台肩结构。

1.一种液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，其特征在于，包括吊环、吊链和吊叉，吊链设有三条，吊叉为“山”字形，由三个横担和连接三个横担的一个连接杆组成，吊叉开放端两边横担两个自由端端头上分别设有连接环、吊叉封闭端连接杆中心的位置上设有吊钩，三条吊链有一端均套接在所述吊环上，两条吊链的另外一端分别固定套接在两个连接环上，第三条吊链的另外一端用端部的圆环勾住所述吊钩。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，其特征在于，所述“山”字形吊叉的三个横担互相平行，且中间横担的长度长于两边横担的长度。
3.按照权利要求2所述的液压油缸缸筒专用吊具，其特征在于，所述吊叉两边的横担长度为1.5～1.8米，中间横担的长度为1.8～2.1米。
