一种注塑机活动座，包括活动座本体，所述活动座本体上方镶嵌设置有橡胶垫；所述活动座本体两端设置有固定安装孔；所述活动座本体底部设置有垫板，所述垫板的下方可转动设置有转轴，所述转轴的下端可转动连接在隔板上，所述隔板底部设置有滚轮。
进一步地，所述垫板通过焊接方式固定在活动座本体的底部，焊接方式成型性能好。
进一步地，所述垫板、转轴、隔板的重心与活动座本体的重心在一条垂直线上，保证整体装置的平稳性能。
进一步地，所述转轴两端设置有凸台，所述垫板及隔板上设置有与凸台相对应的凹槽，所述凸台与凹槽为间隙配合，便于转动配合。

一种注塑机活动座，包括活动座本体1，所述活动座本体1上方镶嵌设置有橡胶垫2；所述活动座本体1两端设置有固定安装孔3；所述活动座本体1底部设置有垫板7，所述垫板7通过焊接方式固定在活动座本体1的底部，所述垫板7的下方可转动设置有转轴6，所述转轴6的下端可转动连接在隔板5上，所述转轴6两端设置有凸台，所述垫板7及隔板5上设置有与凸台相对应的凹槽，所述凸台与凹槽为间隙配合，所述隔板5底部设置有滚轮4，所述垫板7、转轴6、隔板5的重心与活动座本体1的重心在一条垂直线上。
使用时，通过固定安装孔3将装置安装至注塑机合适位置，活动座本体1与注塑机之间的橡胶垫2，起到减震绝缘的作用，增加了整体装置的稳定性能与安全性能，当注塑机需要移动和调整位置时，可通过活动座本体1下方的转轴6进行调整方向，通过滚轮4进行移动注塑机。实现了整体装置的可拆卸性及，使用方便简单。
