技术领域
本实用新型属于托盘技术领域，特别涉及一种化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘。
背景技术
转运电池时采用木制托盘存在如下缺陷：(1)木材易受潮、发霉，且表面木屑易脱落；(2)木制托盘必须经过熏蒸等方法处理后方可使用，熏蒸所需时间及费用均较大；(3)制作材料为木材，造成对森林资源的巨大消耗；(4)木材质量受较易受地域气候等多方面影响；(5)使用寿命较短。
转运电池时采用金属托盘存在如下缺陷：(1)金属易锈蚀；(2)托盘中存在的棱边容易划伤电池，影响电池的使用性能；(3)金属具有导电性能，存在安全隐患；(4)质量较重，不易搬运。
有鉴于此，本发明人提出了一种新型的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种能够与自动化设备配套使用且能够节约高昂人工成本的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案来。依据本实用新型提出的一种化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，包括内衬2、上盖4、下盖6，下盖6侧板处分设有若干个第一支撑柱51，底板上固设有若干个用以支撑上盖4的第二支撑柱52；上盖4、下盖6通过第一支撑柱51固接；所述上盖4开设有若干个长槽41，每个长槽41内卡置有若干个内衬2。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型还采用以下技术措施来。
前述的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，所述第一支撑柱51、第二支撑柱52通过下盖锁紧螺丝7与下盖6固接。

请参阅图1及图2，本实用新型提出的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，包括内衬2、上盖4、下盖6，该下盖6的侧板处通过下盖锁紧螺丝7分设有若干个第一支撑柱51，其底板的中部通过下盖锁紧螺丝7固设有若干个第二支撑柱52，底板的下部固设有若干个定位套8；该上盖4通过上盖锁紧螺丝3拧入第一支撑柱51与下盖6固接；所述上盖4开设有若干个长槽41，每个长槽41内卡置有若干个内衬2.
进一步的，所述第一支撑柱51设有12个，定位套8设有2个，二者以包胶方式注塑到下盖6的塑壳内，即三者为一体成型结构。具体的，所述定位套8装设于下盖6底板的下部，实现装满化成型精密金属壳电池的托盘与其他自动设备的精准定位。
进一步的，所述第二支撑柱52起到支撑上盖4的作用，设有6个，但本实用新型不限于此。
进一步的，所述下盖锁紧螺丝7向上穿过下盖6底部与第二支撑柱52固接。
进一步的，所述上盖锁紧螺丝3穿过上盖4边缘加工的通孔拧入第一支撑柱51内。
进一步的，所述上盖4开设有8个长槽41，每个长槽41内卡置3个内衬2，组装的成品能自行定位存放，节省客户存放空间。
进一步的，每个内衬2设置有多台阶，可根据使用者需要配套垫块1来调整电池高度，能够满足多款电池的同时转运，节约成本。
进一步的，所述内衬2、上盖4、下盖6都采用新型工程材料制作，该材料耐电解液、耐腐蚀性能强。
进一步的，所述第一支撑柱51、第二支撑柱52都采用不锈钢金属栓，上盖锁紧螺丝3、下盖锁紧螺丝7都采用不锈钢沉头埋人式，能够在50℃左右及潮湿、腐蚀性强的工作环境下使用，避免生锈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，其特征在于：所述第一支撑柱(51)、第二支撑柱(52)通过下盖锁紧螺丝(7)与下盖(6)固接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，其特征在于：所述下盖(6)底板的下部固设有若干个定位套(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的化成型精密金属壳电池转运托盘，其特征在于：所述定位套(8)、第一支撑柱(51)及下盖(6)为一体成型结构。
