Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种液晶显示模块的软性电路板,该软性电路板的折弯区涂刷有绿油层,所述绿油层的边缘贴附有一层PI覆盖膜。本实用新型中,于软性电路板弯折区的刷绿油层的边缘增加PI覆盖膜,可大大提高FPC的绿油层的边缘强度,防止手机低温跌落实验后FPC绿油区撕裂,降低实验成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LCM技术领域,特别涉及LCM的软性电路板(FPC)。
背景技术
现有技术:传统的LCM(液晶显示模块)的FPC1(如图1所示)弯折区线路上丝印一层绝缘绿油层2,由于绝缘绿油层2在低温环境会变脆,装上整个手机后进行低温跌落实验时,刷绿油层2的位置受力后容易撕裂(受力方向如图1中的F所示)。
实用新型内容
针对现有FPC弯折区刷绿油位置容易撕裂的缺点,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种液晶显示模块的软性电路板,其这弯曲的刷绿油位置增加有PI覆盖膜,有效地防止了这弯曲的撕裂。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:
一种液晶显示模块的软性电路板,该软性电路板的折弯区涂刷有绿油层,所述绿油层的边缘贴附有一层PI覆盖膜。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:
本实用新型中,于软性电路板弯折区的刷绿油层的边缘增加PI覆盖膜,可大大提高FPC的绿油层的边缘强度,防止手机低温跌落实验后FPC绿油区撕裂,降低实验成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图2所示,本实施例的液晶显示模块的软性电路板,该软性电路板1的折弯区涂刷有绿油层2,绿油层2的边缘贴附有一层PI覆盖膜3。
本实用新型中,软性电路板1(FPC)弯折区的刷绿油层2的边缘增加PI覆盖膜3,可大大提高FPC的绿油层2的边缘强度,防止手机低温跌落实验后FPC绿油区撕裂。
