本实用新型涉及用于背光源装置的导光板模块。
背景技术
现有背光源装置包括LED灯、导光板、反射片和五金背板,将LED灯,导光板,反射片组装到五金背板上,通过紧固件组装成背光源。其中为了加强五金背板的强度,会通过在五金背板上冲压加强筋,结果造成五金背板的整体厚度增加,影响整机外观。目前整个显示市场整体技术发展是超薄化,因此降低背光源的整体厚度是一个比较关键的问题。

本实用新型旨在解决上述问题,提供了用于背光源装置的导光板模块,该导光板模块通过玻璃板代替五金背板增加背光源的整体强度,提高背光源装置的组装效率,减少背光源装置的整体厚度,导光板与玻璃板间接贴合,玻璃板的材质平整和不易变形的特点,有效的解决了导光板在高温下受力不均产生翘曲变形的难题,改善背光源的画面亮暗不均的现象,其采用的技术方案如下:
用于背光源装置的导光板模块,包括导光板、反射片和玻璃板,所述导光板一面为网点面,所述反射片通过光学胶与导光板的网点面相贴合,所述玻璃板通过胶层与反射片贴合。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述导光板的侧面贴合有反射片或遮光胶带。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述导光板采用聚甲基乙烯酸嫁甲酯、聚丙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物制成。
本实用新型具有如下优点:该导光板模块通过玻璃板代替五金背板增加背光源的整体强度,提高背光源装置的组装效率,减少背光源装置的整体厚度,导光板与玻璃板间接贴合,玻璃板的材质平整和不易变形的特点,有效的解决了导光板在高温下受力不均产生翘曲变形的难题,改善背光源的画面亮暗不均的现象。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例的用于背光源装置的导光板模块,包括包括导光板1、反射片2和玻璃板3,所述导光板1一面为网点面,所述反射片2通过光学胶4与导光板1的网点面相贴合,所述玻璃板3通过胶层5与反射片2贴合。所述导光板1的网点面为网点结构,其网点可由印刷、激光、热压或喷墨制成。
优选的,所述导光板1的侧面贴合有反射片或遮光胶带。
优选的,所述导光板1采用聚甲基乙烯酸嫁甲酯、聚丙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物制成。
该导光板模块通过玻璃板代替五金背板增加背光源的整体强度,提高背光源装置的组装效率,减少背光源装置的整体厚度,导光板与玻璃板间接贴合,玻璃板的材质平整和不易变形的特点,有效的解决了导光板在高温下受力不均产生翘曲变形的难题,改善背光源的画面亮暗不均的现象。

1.用于背光源装置的导光板模块,其特征在于,包括导光板(1)、反射片(2)和玻璃板(3),所述导光板(1)一面为网点面,所述反射片(2)通过光学胶(4)与导光板(1)的网点面相贴合,所述玻璃板(3)通过胶层(5)与反射片(2)贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于背光源装置的导光板模块,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)的侧面贴合有反射片或遮光胶带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于背光源装置的导光板模块,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)采用聚甲基乙烯酸嫁甲酯、聚丙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物制成。
