本实用新型涉及一种应急汽车启动电源装置,包括内部中空的筒体、密封在筒体尾部的固定盖和连接在筒体前部的灯头,在所述灯头内且对应所述筒体的位置设有光源,所述灯头包括金属材料的灯座,所述灯座的一端螺纹连接在所述筒体的前端,所述灯座的另外一端开口,在该开口内通过金属材料的冲头安装有亚克力透光镜面,所述灯座内设有将光源的光照聚集起来并照射出去的聚光杯;在所述筒体内固定有锂电池和管理电路主板,所述筒体的侧壁上设有通过管理电路主板来控制光源发光照明、发出求救信号或者快闪的按键。本实用新型的有益效果是:通过该应急汽车启动电源装置可以应急照明;遇意外需要求救时,可以发出求救信号、快闪,方便搜救人员的查找与救援。

本实用新型涉及汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种应急汽车启动电源装置。
背景技术
人、车、生活,代表的是一种态度,一种风格,一种生活方式。当越来越多的人在享受这种车生活时,更需要精心的保养与呵护,常常附带着车载充电USB或蓝牙、GPS以及记录仪以外,还需要一个强大的应急启动工具,在行车应急时可启动汽车,在黑夜里可以方便的照明,也可以为智能手机充电,甚至在遇到紧急情况下也可以当作一种自救的防身工具。
实用新型内容
综上所述,为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应急汽车启动电源装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种应急汽车启动电源装置,包括内部中空的筒体、密封在筒体尾部的固定盖和连接在筒体前部的灯头,在所述灯头内且对应所述筒体的位置设有光源,所述灯头包括金属材料的灯座,所述灯座的一端螺纹连接在所述筒体的前端,所述灯座的另外一端开口,在该开口内通过金属材料的冲头安装有亚克力透光镜面,所述灯座内设有将光源的光照聚集起来并照射出去的聚光杯;
所述筒体为两块半圆柱状的塑胶固定座相对安装后形成的圆柱状壳体,在所述筒体内固定有锂电池和管理电路主板,所述锂电池通过管理电路主板为光源提供电能,在所述筒体外套有金属外壳套,所述筒体的侧壁上设有通过管理电路主板来控制光源发光照明、发出求救信号或者快闪的按键,并且 所述按键向上延伸穿出所述金属外壳套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在野外驾车遭遇突发事件后,通过该应急汽车启动电源装置可以应急照明;遇意外需要求救时,通过光源可以发出求救信号、快闪,方便搜救人员的查找与救援。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下进一步的改进:
进一步,所述光源包括发光照明的LED强光灯、发出求救信号SOS信号灯和快闪的爆闪灯。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:实现应急照明以及发出求救信号和快闪。
进一步,在所述筒体内还设有输出电路板,所述固定盖上设有充电口和接线口,所述锂电池经输出电路板后通过所述充电口输出电能,所述锂电池经输出电路板后通过所述接线口连接汽车蓄电池正负极或者连接蓄电池正负极的接线头提供电能,在所述固定盖上设有将所述充电口和所述接线口密封住的硅胶密封盖。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:实现为外部器件如通讯设备等补充电能,以及当汽车发电机损坏且电瓶无电时,为蓄电池提供电能并启动汽车,并实现平时不充电时筒体内部的密封,防水防尘。
进一步,所述冲头远离所述灯座一侧的外周设有一圈波浪状用于砸窗逃生的凸缘。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:波浪状结构容易砸开窗户,帮助逃离车厢内。
进一步,所述聚光杯为金属材料制成,并且在其表面镀有银层。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:聚光焦好,散热效果佳
进一步,所述按键处于所述筒体上且靠近灯头的位置处。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:符合人体工程学,便于手动控 制按键。
进一步,所述筒体的尾部还设有用于携带该电源装置的拉绳。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:便于携带转移。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1和2所示,一种应急汽车启动电源装置,包括内部中空的筒体1、密封在筒体1尾部的固定盖2和连接在筒体1前部的灯头,在所述灯头内且对应所述筒体1上设有光源,所述光源包括发光照明的LED强光灯、发出求救信号SOS信号灯和快闪的爆闪灯。所述灯头包括金属材料的灯座3,所述灯座3的一端螺纹连接在所述筒体1的前端,所述灯座3的另外一端开口,在该开口内通过金属材料的冲头4设有亚克力透光镜面5,所述冲头4远离所述灯座3一侧的外周设有一圈波浪状用于砸窗逃生的凸缘11,发生意外被困在汽车内后,通过凸缘11能快速砸烂车窗帮助逃生。所述灯座3内设有将光源的光照聚集起来并照射出去的聚光杯13。所述聚光杯13为金属材料制成,并且在其表面镀有银层。金属冲头4采用金属切割工艺,灯座3开口 处放置亚克力透光镜面5,起到防尘防水作用。将金属镀银聚光杯13放置于灯座3内后,将冲击头4与聚光杯13连接,形成一套灯头系统。该灯头系统具有如下优点:聚光杯13汇聚光源,并将光源的发热量导入灯座3后将热量散出去。同时冲头4也是金属材料,其与灯座3相连,两者共同导出热量,有效提高光源运行的安全性和可靠性。
所述筒体1为两块半圆柱状的塑胶固定座相对安装后形成的圆柱状壳体,在所述筒体1内固定有锂电池6和管理电路主板7,所述锂电池6通过管理电路主板7为光源提供电能,在所述筒体1外过盈配合的套有金属外壳套8,所述筒体1的侧壁上设有通过管理电路主板7来控制光源发光照明、发出求救信号或者快闪的按键9,并且所述按键9向上延伸穿出所述金属外壳套8。所述筒体1的尾部还设有用于携带该电源装置的拉绳12。当在野外驾车遭遇意外事件的时候,通过按键9可以开启LED强光灯发光照明;被困不能行动的时候可以通过按键9开启SOS信号灯和爆闪灯发出求救信号、快闪,实现应急照明以及发出求救信号和快闪,便于搜救人员第一时间能找到被困人员。所述按键9处于所述筒体1上且靠近灯头的位置处,符合人体工程学,便于手动控制按键。
在所述筒体1内还设有输出电路板14,所述固定盖2上设有充电口和接线口,所述锂电池6经输出电路板14后通过所述充电口输出电能,所述锂电池6经输出电路板14后通过所述接线口连接汽车蓄电池正负极或者连接蓄电池正负极的接线头提供电能,在所述固定盖2上设有将所述充电口和所述接线口密封住的硅胶密封盖10。通讯设备能保证正常通信在某些时候至关重要,通过充电口可以为通讯设备补充电能,保证与外界的正常联系。在野外旅行时,若汽车遭遇不幸发电机损坏且蓄电池无电,此时一般的汽车无法启动电源,通过接线口连接蓄电池的正负极,即可当作一个小型电源为蓄电池供电并启动汽车,利用自带电能作为汽车辅助能源驱动汽车行驶若干里 程,到达服务区或修理中心维修。
该电源装置采取外部金属全封闭设计,金属部分由冲头4、灯座3和金属外壳套8三部件组成,三者之间用螺纹丝扣对接并固定紧,金属外壳套8与筒体1一起加强与灯座3连接;内部采用塑胶件筒体1和固定盖10固定锂电池6与电路板(管理电路主板7和输出电路板10),最后在尾部用硅胶密封盖10实现电路板的密封,防水防尘。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种应急汽车启动电源装置,包括内部中空的筒体(1)、密封在筒体(1)尾部的固定盖(2)和连接在筒体(1)前部的灯头,在所述灯头内且对应所述筒体(1)的位置设有光源,其特征在于,所述灯头包括金属材料的灯座(3),所述灯座(3)的一端螺纹连接在所述筒体(1)的前端,所述灯座(3)的另外一端开口,在该开口内通过金属材料的冲头(4)安装有亚克力透光镜面(5),所述灯座(3)内设有将光源的光照聚集起来并照射出去的聚光杯(13);
所述筒体(1)为两块半圆柱状的塑胶固定座相对安装后形成的圆柱状壳体,在所述筒体(1)内固定有锂电池(6)和管理电路主板(7),所述锂电池(6)通过管理电路主板(7)为光源提供电能,在所述筒体(1)外套有金属外壳套(8),所述筒体(1)的侧壁上设有通过管理电路主板(7)来控制光源发光照明、发出求救信号或者快闪的按键(9),并且所述按键(9)向上延伸穿出所述金属外壳套(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,所述光源包括发光照明的LED强光灯、发出求救信号SOS信号灯和快闪的爆闪灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,在所述筒体(1)内还设有输出电路板(14),所述固定盖(2)上设有充电口和接线口,所述锂电池(6)经输出电路板(14)后通过所述充电口输出电能,所述锂电池(6)经输出电路板(14)后通过所述接线口连接汽车蓄电池正负极或者连接蓄电池正负极的接线头提供电能,在所述固定盖(2)上设有将所述充电口和所述接线口密封住的硅胶密封盖(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,所述 冲头(4)远离所述灯座(3)一侧的外周设有一圈波浪状用于砸窗逃生的凸缘(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,所述聚光杯(13)为金属材料制成,并且在其表面镀有银层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,所述按键(9)处于所述筒体(1)上且靠近灯头的位置处。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的应急汽车启动电源装置,其特征在于,所述筒体(1)的尾部还设有用于携带该电源装置的拉绳(12)。
