本实用新型公开了一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线,包括接触线(1)、材料识别沟槽(2)、防磨预警沟槽(3),所述接触线(1)的顶部对称设有2个材料识别沟槽(2),所述材料识别沟槽(2)的半径r为0.25mm,2个所述材料识别沟槽(2)的圆心间的弧度α为45°,所述防磨预警沟槽(3)的圆心与接触线顶部间的距离L为7.5mm,2个防磨预警沟槽(3)对称设置,所述防磨预警沟槽(3)的半径R1为0.25mm,其圆心在接触线(1)的边缘线上。本实用新型能够便于维修人员用肉眼发现滑块是否要摩擦到汇流排上,避免安全事故发生。

一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种架空刚性接触网,尤其是一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线。
背景技术
通常,架空刚性接触网采用圆形或扁圆形接触线,接触线顶端附近有燕尾槽,便于固定在汇流排之间(见图1)。由于汇流排底端已经超出了接触线燕尾槽,所以当接触线磨损达到一定程度时,受电弓滑板将首先接触到汇流排,而检修人员现场巡视时,很难用肉眼发现滑块是否将要摩擦到汇流排。若发现不及时,极易引发安全事故;若保守估计,提前更换新的接触线又会造成材料浪费(见图2),随着运行时间的增加,接触线磨损越来越严重,而且在实际运行过程中,接触线还存在偏磨现象(见图3、4)。
实用新型内容
针对上述存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够避免便于维护人员发现并更换的防磨预警型接触线。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线,包括接触线1、材料识别沟槽2、防磨预警沟槽3,所述接触线1的顶部对称设有2个材料识别沟槽2,所述材料识别沟槽2的半径r为0.25mm,2个所述材料识别沟槽2的圆心间的弧度α为45°,所述防磨预警沟槽3的圆心与接触线顶部间的距离L为7.5mm,2个防磨预警沟槽3对称设置,所述防磨预警沟槽3的半径R1为0.25mm,其圆心在接触线1的边缘线上。
进一步的,所述接触线1采用型号120或者型号150的接触线,其中型号150接触线的预警沟槽3位置与型号120接触线的预警沟槽3位置相同。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型能够便于维修人员用肉眼发现滑块是否要摩擦到汇流排上,避免安全事故发生。
(2)本实用新型增加防磨预警沟槽,人员通过观察沟槽的位置,便于提前更新接触线,既提高了安全性能,又避免的材料的浪费。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线,包括接触线1、材料识别沟槽2、防磨预警沟槽3,所述接触线1的顶部对称设有2个材料识别沟槽2,所述材料识别沟槽2的半径r为0.25mm,2个所述材料识别沟槽2的圆心间的弧度α为45°,所述防磨预警沟槽3的圆心与接触线顶部间的距离L为7.5mm,2个防磨预警沟槽3对称设置,所述防磨预警沟槽3的半径R1为0.25mm,其圆心在接触线1的边缘线上。
进一步的,所述接触线1采用型号120或者型号150的接触线,其中型号150接触线的预警沟槽3位置与型号120接触线的预警沟槽3位置相同。
图5中A=12.9mm(±1%),B=12.9mm(±2%),C=9.76mm(±2%),D=7.24mm(+4%/-2%),E=6.80mm,K=4.35mm,R=0.4mm,H=51°±1°,G=27°±1°。

1.一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线,其特征在于,包括接触线(1)、材料识别沟槽(2)、防磨预警沟槽(3),所述接触线(1)的顶部对称设有2个材料识别沟槽(2),所述材料识别沟槽(2)的半径r为0.25mm,2个所述材料识别沟槽(2)的圆心间的弧度α为45°,所述防磨预警沟槽(3)的圆心与接触线顶部间的距离L为7.5mm,2个防磨预警沟槽(3)对称设置,所述防磨预警沟槽(3)的半径R1为0.25mm,其圆心在接触线(1)的边缘线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预警型架空刚性接触网用接触线,所述接触线(1)采用型号120的接触线,其中型号150接触线的预警沟槽(3)位置与型号120接触线的预警沟槽(3)位置相同。
