建筑屋面结构,具体的是一种具有防水保温性能的屋面结构。
背景技术
彩钢屋顶还有两个优良的特点:它具有非常好的防寒性能。适合于强紫外线,严冬高寒地区,耐得住各种恶劣情况的考验;它同时也具有良好的保温性能,由于彩钢板因为中间有夹芯层。因此在保暖的性能上十分的优良,使得人们住在活动房内也不会感觉太过寒冷。彩钢板活动房基本特点:彩钢板活动房结构稳定可靠,房屋钢骨架构件进行镀锌处理。屋面采用结构防水设计,不需另做任何防水处理,彩钢板活动房搭设工艺及安全措施。但是在使用过程中发现还有一些不完善的之处,如金属件之间直接连接,保温层与彩钢板直接接触,导致防水保温性能下降,同时下雨时,雨滴敲击钢板产生的噪音,也严重影响人们的生活,针对上述情况需要对层顶结构作进一步完善,提高防水保温性能。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题,提出一种屋顶楼板防水保温结构,该屋顶楼板防水保温结构具有设计科学、结构合理、防水性能高、降噪效果明显、保温性能提高的特点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:屋顶楼板防水保温结构,设有墙体,其特征在于:所述墙体上铺设有楼板,所述楼板采用钢砼多孔板,楼板与楼板拼接过程中形成分仓缝,所述分仓缝通过浇注水泥砂浆将多块楼板连接成一体,所述楼板上铺设有一层保温层,所述保温层采用蛭石层,所述蛭石层上铺有一层蛭石混凝土层,所述蛭石混凝土层中蛭石、混凝土的比例为1:3,所述楼板上砌有女儿墙,所述女儿墙上设有一道横向的凹槽,所述蛭石混凝土层上铺设有一高分子材料防水层,所述高分子材料防水层向上延伸到女儿墙的凹槽内,并通过金属盖缝板固定在凹槽内,所述金属盖缝板上再填有密封油膏,位于楼板上的高分子材料防水层的上面铺有楼顶草坪土壤层,所述楼顶草坪土壤层内种植绿化草坪和花卉。
本实用新型女儿墙上设有一道横向的凹槽,蛭石混凝土层上铺设有一高分子材料防水层,高分子材料防水层向上延伸到女儿墙的凹槽内,并通过金属盖缝板固定在凹槽内,金属盖缝板上再填有密封油膏,有效的阻挡了外部水份从女儿墙进入室内,同时位于楼板上的高分子材料防水层的上面铺有楼顶草坪土壤层,楼顶草坪土壤层上的花卉有效的防止了防水层的热量向保温层内部传递。
